"This host confirmed a room reservation absolutely opposite to the one offered to me upon arrival, but I paid before seeing the room (room with two beds, sink and terrible smell instead of a room with a double bed with bathroom) I refused the room and left. Despite five complaints and my status as an Accor club member, I received no response. Of course given the quality of the hotel which I resorted to due to lack of space elsewhere I was not expecting great service but there is not even the minimum, totally incompetent staff, terrible hygiene. How can the Accor group own this type of hotel! In a pitiful word"
