1924 Hôtel

"I don’t normally write reviews but I am very grateful to the staff (owners?) Of this hotel as I arrived in quite a stressful state (a long story to do with the Tour de France in a broken down van). They made me feel most welcome and did everything they could to put me at ease. I stayed one day and was a stress monkey throughout which must’ve been quite annoying to them but they went out of their way to help me (they let me stay and sort out my plans even though the hotel was closing for that weekend) and were genuinely sympathetic to my plight. They are warm and genuinely nice people. I hope to stay when I can relax and enjoy it because it’s a lovely hotel. "

"I booked the Hotel as I was driving through France and needed a place to stop for the night in Grenoble and the hotel was a great choice. The staff were so helpful and friendly and had plenty of information of the local area. Although the hotel is in the centre it was quiet inside at night and there was no noise at all from outside. I had the buffet breakfast which was on the first floor overlooking the square and the breakfast was fine. The hotel was a great base for exploring the city and the location could not be better. I would be happy to stay there again."

"Good place to stay during your holidays. Studio is good a little beat small but with all you need to stay in an Independence way. I mean to cook your own food if you don't want go out. Beds are really comfortable and bathroom is big and cleaned.Breakfast was wonderful and quality. The staff is friendly and helpful. I missed Spanish or English channels on TV. "
