Some piped music in the bar area and some board games or books to entertain guests would be appreciated. Courteous and prepared staff. Excellent location for visiting the surrounding areas."

"After checking in, we discovered that our room was not the demi-suite we paid for and were promised, and the hotel air conditioning was not working. The staff offered us a room on the first floor, which was a little bit cooler but still extremely warm and even smaller than the room they had assigned us. At that point, we decided to leave and book a room elsewhere. I feel that the hotel completely misrepresented the room, and were trying to take advantage of us as American tourists."
