樓下一路上都是吃吃喝喝，外賣也很方便，房間明亮，市中心值得最好的一家，有兩個大床有設計感，下次還會再來這家，沒踩雷！

在陳家祠地鐵站萬科新領域、地理位置就沒得説.去北京路上下九也算方便，沙面西關感受老廣州。房間相比較之前住的大了些許，在這個地段算很不錯的了，公寓樓。投影儀也還好，洗衣機出行洗一下方便。唯一不好的就是臨街，樓下可能太熱鬧，晚上要關死了窗户才能睡覺，不過也不影響出行選擇

一棟公寓內，入住需要按金，床品全部滌的，睡着很難受，不配毛巾，衹有兩條全滌的浴巾，不會再選擇了

衞生千凈，空調很給力，插頭較多，方便，水大，淋浴很舒服，下樓就是廣州比較出名的美食街，離地鐵站大概5-6來分鐘，這點是最棒的。門口吃喝太方便了，樓下的登豐老字號酒樓，早茶
七點開，便宜實惠，都是附近的長者，龍津路的美食也很多。外觀是一棟老區商業公寓，房間應該翻新過的還不錯面積夠夠的！ 服務：給民宿的服務點贊！1.我們來得比較早，9點
30分就到了，當時還沒有客房，然而我們想先出去
遊玩，跟客服人員説把行李先放樓下櫃子，雖然櫃子收費5元但是我們可以出去玩，等有客房了就會提前告訴我們，我決定等一下，我們在對面吃了早餐就退房了，讓我們先把行李放回了房間，阿姨會在下午兩點前保潔好，然後我們放放心心出去玩了。廣州值得來哈👍

除了地理位置優越，其他都不行。
衞生太差、設施設備也差。
翻新也不翻全，廁所簡直慘不忍睹。洗手枱下面的櫃子打開是想讓我檢查衞生嗎…往裡瞄了一眼，感想衹能説好奇心殺死貓……
給老闆發了照片反饋之後，很快就叫保潔阿姨來處理了。但是，阿姨會用同一張抹布擦地板擦桌子。。
蜘蛛也多，因為出現在床上，不知道是不是床墊下面跑出來的。
雖然是民宿，但是基礎的衞生總要搞好吧？建議老闆多點強化衞生管理吧…….
十分後悔的一次入住。
