房間很好，大堂裝修氣派，晚上還有音樂奏唱，賓客關係團隊親切好客，回覆及時到位。禮賓同事很nice ！會幫忙拿行李和寄存快遞，晚上還可以用機器人送外賣到房間，智能化的酒店，很方便，有機會還會回來的~

酒店毗鄰白雲山風景區，周邊商場有凱德商場和小童樂園，出行觀光遊玩購物都很方便，酒店環境清雅，嶺南園林建築風格，商務休閑時散步挺愜意。大堂闊氣富麗堂皇，迎賓熱情周到。房間大，乾淨衞生，功能佈局設計合理，房間安靜，前台還特意升級了房型。晚上還有駐唱樂隊欣賞，早餐樣式豐富，味道也很好。商務出行，家庭休閑都很不錯的一家酒店。

1.看似近2年的新酒店，但裝修、燈光、佈局總體非常普遍，靠沙發的那組燈還搖搖欲墜，窗户正對着對面一幢酒店，使得進房間就得拉窗簾，令人窒息（最後一圖:對面幢的房間、棋牌室、辦公室內景象一清二楚）！2.所有房間內的一次性用品包括洗髮水沐浴露、拖鞋、浴袍，都感覺是義烏批發市場低端產品，沒有定製也沒有logo，讓人用着很不放心，着實太low。3.房內所有垃圾桶，連垃圾袋都不套，無語😓4.牀頭櫃好比農民工暫住房，毫無質感的一個鐵架子，什麼玩意兒？5.酒店房卡、杯墊居然到處是啤酒營銷廣告。。。該用心的、上心的花點心思吧！喜來登作為中高端酒店，非常有損形象，這次住了兩晚，感覺就是煎熬，絕無下次。唯一小亮點就是早餐成人買一送一，按人均六十來算，品種還算豐富，用餐環境良好。

因裝修在家附近酒店就住，喜來登旁邊是萬豪，統一管理，下午下雨來回幾趟小朋友都無法游泳，好在工作人員告知能到萬豪室內恆温泳池，沿途都有熱情的工作人員帶領～房間在10樓，景觀非常不錯，工作舒心，就是孩子遊樂設施有點少，健身器材要求16歲以上，一樓桌球也要排隊～總體還是不錯的

Stayed here for one night after watching Sam Hu 2025i Concert at Guangzhou Gymnasium. The hotel is about 15min walk from the concert venue. The room was comfortable and clean.
