凌晨1.30房間燈突然亮了，被嚇了一大跳，關了幾次總開關也關不了，沒辦法打電話到前台告知還是關總開關，又關了幾次關不了，氣太大，工程部後面來解決的，本來自己就光敏感，睡眠又不好，這下把我折騰的夠嗆

酒店裝潢高檔大氣，房間乾淨衞生。地理位置很好，離白雲國際會展中心和廣州市小童公園特別近，小朋友玩得很開心。而且酒店的賓客關係團隊在顧客還未入住前就主動聯繫，加微信跟進服務，提前告知房間安排情況，十分貼心。酒店的自助早餐和自助晚餐品種豐富，味道可口，家人都很滿意。

迄今為止住過最差的一家萬豪，從體驗到服務，讓你很難相信這是五星級酒店應該有的水平。每一個環節的響應效率都極其低下：2點到達住宿登記，辦理了將近半個小時，不包含等待時間，一家人帶着小盆友餓着肚子，一直杵在那兒，期間前台沒有任何互動溝通，問還有多久，就是答正在辦理…最後好不容易給了房卡，也不做常規的權益告知，小童樂園在哪兒？客房怎麼走？通通不會主動跟你説。游泳池用不了，主動問了才跟你説，十五運期間，想遊必須去隔壁福朋喜來登；原本的貢廚早餐廳給了運動員，自助早餐衹能在會議大廳吃，啥啥用不了，那你為啥房價還好意思賣這個價？？！最後進了房間，一股濃烈的煙味，雖然已經提前交代過帶着小朋友需要無煙房，但作為五星酒店，依然連控煙這件小事都做不好；打電話給客服更換房間，結果等了15分鐘沒有任何迴應…最後折騰了一個多小時，前後來了3個服務人員，依然沒有解決問題，最終進了房間，發現沒有小童拖鞋，雖然一個小時前，來過的一個大姐問説房間需要補充什麼東，交代過了一遍，但是沒有任何執行…

2nd time staying here, facilities and service still good. choice of restaurants is good at the hotels. new third party restaurants on site now although prices are on the high side. Man Ho is still good. Go ji's ventilation is very bad, i always have that cooking smell on my clothing after breakfast.
