房子需然位置大不大，但沖涼房很舒服，整體乾淨衞生，裝修也是新。房東人非常好，她説月底前裝隔音窗了，就不會再有太大的馬路噪音！真心非常性價比高的房子！滿分💯

房間空間很大，衞生很乾凈，設施設備很齊全，交通也很方便，美中不足一點就是窗户隔音較差，換個隔音好的窗户就完美了。

挺不錯的，房間大大的，外面綠意瀰漫，小吃店不少，地鐵站就在附近。衞生間環境可以，有一次性浴巾可用。床也舒服，和朋友一起出遊，我們睡得都很好。陽台有洗衣機可用。

父母總體滿意，就是距離地鐵有點距離，對老年人來説有點不太友好，但位置屬於老城區，周邊飲食很方便

位置不錯，附近交通便利，餐飲豐富，距離蔬果市場也很近。
沒有電梯，是一棟民居小樓改造的。不是非常好找到，但是入住前會有路線説明。
工作人員都非常友好
房間乾淨，毛巾一次性的
唯獨是臨着馬路所以有點聲音。第二個晚上不知道哪裡有人唱K聲音有點大
