The service is 100% satisfactory. We were a group of eight and requested more services when we first arrived. The butler also took the trouble to provide attentive service. There are two hot spring pools in the villa. Although they are both made of the same hot spring water, the spring water is authentic and makes your whole body smooth after soaking in it. When checking out, the local specialty dessert Tofu Pudding was also given as a gift. I will come again next time!

The environment is very good, very suitable for traveling with friends. It is very convenient to call the landline in the scenic area and go to the front desk for tram pick-up. By the way, the two waiters Yan Chunxia and Pan Xiuxia are very enthusiastic and give five-star praise~

The previous hotel (Yunling Lake) charged for 2 more bottles of water, but this hotel will give you what you want! Great. There is also a large independent swimming pool, which makes my father very happy. When I left, he also gave me a box of landscape tofu curd, which was so lovely.

The room was clean and the customer service responded quickly to the questions. The restaurant buffet had a wide variety of dishes and fresh ingredients, especially Chef Peng Li, who was warm and thoughtful. The kids loved the water park.

The room facilities are OK, the scenery is nice, the dinner and breakfast are very rich, but the hygiene needs to be improved, and the hot spring water is average.

The housekeeper gave us a free room upgrade experience, which was amazing! The room terrace can directly see the scenic area, and the elevator goes directly to the park for fun, which is very convenient! Chen Haiyun and Peng Lishi from the catering department perfectly interpret what thoughtful service is, attentive and in place, superb 👍🏻! Because of the responsible housekeeper and the service-oriented catering department, I will come again next time!

The room is very spacious and clean. The facilities in the room are very complete. I especially like the tea room and KTV room. The yard is also very large. The waiters are very good and very enthusiastic.

The parent-child facilities are good, and the water park is fun. The private bath in the villa is not hot enough. We played in the hot spring area for a long time. Water and towels were provided everywhere, which was very convenient. The staff we met everywhere were very responsible and patient, and their attitudes were very good. It was just that the duvet in the room was a bit too thick. It was hot when covered and too cold when not covered. There were many breakfast options, and they were very rich. Thumbs up!

I took advantage of the Dragon Boat Festival holiday and took my kids on a spontaneous trip. They were all in the Guangzhou area. I drove here by myself. The hotel lobby was grand. The staff told me that they had reserved a big house for me. There was also a little brother's battery car to lead the way. Although it was not far, the service was still thoughtful. The car could be parked directly at the door of the house. There was a garage, which was super convenient. The house was really big enough. The best thing was that there was a room on the first floor, so my eldest sister didn't have to climb the stairs. Others lived on the second floor. There was a large suite with a super large bathroom. There was also a spiral staircase to the third floor, which was actually an attic. The children liked it very much because there was a tent on it. After checking in, we went to the hot springs. The surprise was artificial snowfall, waves, and dynamic music. The children were very happy and the elderly were comfortable in the hot springs. After the event, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The taste was very good. The staff member Ms. Liu Minfang recommended it very well. I also gave the children snacks. It was great!
