The room was excellent, and the balcony was incredibly spacious, offering an expansive and unobstructed view. The scenery was truly beautiful! The private plunge pool in the room was fantastic and very clean. The butler service was superb. As a fan of Kung Fu tea, I appreciated the unlimited bottled water, and the butler even thoughtfully provided three packs of wormwood bath sachets. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The buffet restaurant was elegantly presented and very satisfying.

My stay here was fantastic. Every staff member at the hotel was excellent. A special shout-out to the lady with staff ID 8300 – she was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and had a wonderful attitude. Truly deserves a full 5-star rating! Their responses to messages were also very prompt, which was great. The room was well-equipped, clean, and fresh. We also enjoyed unlimited hot spring access! The breakfast spread was rich and offered a wide variety of options. I will definitely be back!

This was our first stay at Sanying Hotel. Parking was convenient, and the air quality was lovely. We booked suite 8435 online, which was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. A huge bonus was the private hot spring! The breakfast spread was generous and varied. A special shout-out to staff member #8300 for their incredibly enthusiastic and attentive service. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary crayfish served in the evening. Overall, this hotel is truly excellent! It's perfect for unwinding and relaxation. We'll definitely be back!

Despite redeeming our Black Diamond points for a villa, we were assigned an unlucky villa number. The floor in the Western restaurant was dangerously slippery. The facilities were quite poor; apart from the air conditioning in the ground-floor living room working well, all other units either made strange noises or failed to cool effectively, even on the lowest setting. The family room was cozy and the kids loved it, but the space was smaller than expected; a desk would have been a great addition. The hotel offers a good range of activities and amenities, including a private balcony hot tub, hot springs, swimming pools, a water park, a children's play area, and outdoor kiddie cars. The hotel boasts numerous hot spring pools on the hilltop and in grottoes, and the swimming pool is perfect for those looking to exercise. Surrounded by mountains, the air quality is excellent.
