We stayed for 2 nights as a family with two young children. The hotel was super convenient because it has a direct access from the lobby to the mall without going outside. The mall has wonderful selections on food and we got to try different food during our stay. We had a great view from the hotel room. Check in was quick. Staff was okay not perfect, I am sure they can do better. Generally speaking the experience was great and we'll probably stay here again when we visit GuangZhou in the future, due to its convenience of the location.

The Sheraton in Tianhe is our go to hotel every time we are in Guangzhou. You are at the heart of the Tianhe District and there is food and entertainment surrounding you all within walking distance.
Our kids love the pool of this property and the gym is big enough for a proper workout. Would be good if they invested in heavier weights and added some yoga mats in the stretching room.
Checkin was efficient and they gave us a high floor room and late checked out as requested.
Looking forward to our next stay again soon.

前台服務員依舊保持一貫親切的態度，辦理check-in 有效率。房間是最近兩年裝修過的，感覺很舒服；早餐食物選擇也多，可是餐廳服務員的服務就很一般，可以説是沒什麼服務，也欠缺笑容，早上看見沒精打采的服務員，自己也沒什麼沖勁。

Locate at city central with lot of shopping mall and huge underground shopping street that will easily get yourself lost. Many restaurants and food around. Good and friendly hotel services. Room was big and clean.
