商家很坑，謹慎入坑。第二天我出門時已經和商家説了續住，而且也已經下單，商家找各種理由扣按金，説我訂的房型不一樣（其實價格和房型是一樣，衹是不在同一間）。説如果我要入住今天訂的房間還需要重新交按金，昨天交的按金不算，商家沒人情必須要我退出來然後14點再重新入住，不然就扣我按金20元1小時。然後明明發給我的消息是1小時扣20元按金，最後商家電話和去哪兒溝通説是14點後所有按金不退，要扣完。我説要不叫阿姨把我東西搬到另一間房，這時商家開始説不行怕東西丟了算不清。結果等我回到公寓時我發現東西已經被商家搬出來了，這不是自我打臉嚒。而且商家把我東西搬出來時我按金還有時間。等於還不到我退房時間就私自把我東西拿出來。最後我發現一條几千塊的項鍊不見了報警，商家也不肯出現。按金也不肯退，當天沒有住的房費也不肯退，損失慘重。而且房間又臟又臭。

非常不錯的名宿～床單是白色的（有些民宿裏是花色的）非常乾淨舒服👍🏻👍🏻。特別是交通很方便，處於廣州的中心位置，去哪裡都便利，晚上回來很晚也有夜班車～🤘🏻✌👍🏻🌸🌸🌸

房屋乾淨整潔，環境不錯不潮濕 居住環境安靜切沒有異味。晚上睡的很香。
房東回覆消息的速度很快服務態度也很好。
唯一缺點就是周邊正在施工周圍環境略微有點不好。
晚上江景看着很舒服。
以後再來還會選這家！

1，外面沒有招牌，服務態度冷淡。
２，衞生差。分隔出來的複式，上去的樓梯特別窄且陡。房間桌子不乾淨，沙發上多處有頭髮。放紙巾的盒子臟。房間內竟然有個雜物儲藏處，衹用個簾子隨意遮擋，非常不乾淨衞生，地上還掉着一個一次性牙具袋。
３，洗浴間沒有浴巾，衹有兩個毛巾。放一次洗梳用具的杯子很臟。
４，衹有衣架，沒有衣櫃，沒有可以掛衣服的地方。
５，性價比低

經驗告訴我住在這房間要自備各種用品。住六天五夜，大浴巾沒有，小毛巾不是每天幫你更換。每天自行打掃房間。不能小氣，衹能一卷紙補多天。垃圾袋房間用完就沒。

地方好找 離芳村地鐵站比較近 附近也有 花地公交車站 去哪裡都方便 住的地方臨江近 視覺不錯 房間衞生也很乾凈 還有 冰箱 洗衣機 等等家電 配套設施也不錯 入住也方便 好評了

有蟑螂而且還趕人退房，12點退房，11點就開始準備自己開鎖開門，毛巾都是沒換過的，拖鞋也是巨臭。位置還很遠，附近啥都沒有
