I'm disappointed on hotel's cleanse.. First day we had bites by mites.. 2nd day and 3rd days get more and more insert dermatitis... Omg.. Can look at my leg photo..

Worst hotel EVER. Please choose another hotel. There are a few more hotels like Yimi and Lavende hotel nearby. The worst hospitality ever that i have ever met. I am international traveller. The staff is not helpful at all. Doesnt allow me to connect to the hotel wifi at all without a valid China Phone Number. And the front desk is always no staff to serve. The staff will always show that bitter sour face when u asking for something. If you take alot of luggage you will be crazy carrying the luggage at least 3 floors to your room. The room was so small, and old. And the room having all kind of noises throughout the night.

I want to add my comments, Trip.com has duty to inform if hotel have elevators facility or not. Because if client have big or heavy baggage, cannot pull heavy baggage on staircase and it’s also more difficult when hotel staff don’t help or don’t have staff to help you, client end up with health hazard. You being informed this hotel don’t have elevator and it was not shown when we booked hotel. I find trip.com at fault. Note and update.
