The suite we booked, Room 409 in Building 7, had a water backflow smell after it rained, and even after treatment, it persisted. The staff were proactive and accommodating, promptly arranging a new room when one was available. Although it was a bit of a hassle carrying our luggage late at night, the entire process was incredibly thoughtful and professional, with no complaints or discomfort. We stay at the Y Hotel to enjoy a relaxing vacation and a pleasant stay, and I'm very grateful for the staff's helpfulness and care. I recommend the suite with the wraparound windows, and I'd definitely stay in one with a terrace next time. Environment: The main area of ​​Jiulong Lake is small, perfect for taking photos.
