This is a budget hotel, renovated on the 24th floor of Building 3 at the Central Business District of Huaguoyuan. It is nice, neat and clean with necessary amenities, for a short stay in Guiyang. It's located near 松花路站 Songhua Road Metro station (Exit B). However, it's a little tricky to find the hotel since the lobby of the hotel is located on the 24th floor and there are so many hotels in Building 3. Besides, there are only staircases down with no working escalator from the exit of the metro station or Didi drop-off at the road side, in order to access the lift lobby of Building 3. This becomes challenging with a 24" luggage during check-out as one needs to lift the luggage up the staircases. I managed to find out (from the hotel receptionist) the only cargo lift with access to Level 2, avoiding climbing up the staircase upon check-out. The room was extremely cold during the 1st night of the stay as Guiyang temperature was about 3-5 deg C. Despite switching to the temperature control to the maximum (30 deg C), the hot air supplid was insufficient to warm up the room.

Friendly and helpful front desk customer service. Good location but have to walk thru staircase. The building lift quite slow. Downstairs have many food shop day and night.

Very convenient location with helpful staff! But the cleanup of the room is not good.

First of all, the location of this hotel is good, I easily walked to the Twin tower and White house. Also around the building there are lot of convenience store and food, drink stalls. Secondly, my Chinese is limited due to the reason I was worried about conversation around laundry but they have wechat so there were no problem. Staff was so helpful. At the hotel room, I watched some free movies, and washed my travel clothes. They lend me the rack and some hangers. At the morning I washed my down jacket but the laundry machine got problem so I put my wet jacket in my luggage to my next destination 😅. Lastly, the room is little unclean, there were a hair on the bathroom wall, and on cushion that placed next to the desk otherwise I like this place.

Clean and conveniently located. It is near to metro station and many shopping malls around. Many eating places around it too

Great location, great rooms, I asked for help to do laundry and they washed my clothes for free and hanged then on racks inside my room. Great service

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. As a solo traveller who likes to explore I was glad I chose this place The tour buses to most recommended attractions are just around the corner, town bus stops, restaurants and food stalls, Shwedagon Pagoda, Starlight Night Market and Mekong River Six States Floating Market are easy to walk to. The front desk was also helpful. Helped to book a taxi to the train station The standards overall are good.

The hotel is definitely OK, pretty good choice if you're in the city.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There's a large shopping mall downstairs, perfect for a day of shopping and dining. The view from the window was beautiful, and the White House was a 5-minute walk away. Qingyun Market was also nearby. A very satisfying experience.
