Facilities: The laundry room and gym on the 5th floor are very convenient, and they also offer laundry service. The cleaning staff (aunties) are exceptionally nice and enthusiastic. Hygiene: As expected from a chain hotel, the hygiene is impeccable. Environment: The decor is quite good. Service: The service attitude overall is pretty good. The only downside is the road construction behind the hotel, which was incredibly noisy and made it impossible to get proper rest! When I checked in, I specifically requested a quiet room, but the front desk gave me a west-facing room at the back, and the air conditioning couldn't cool it down no matter how high I set it!

Whenever I travel for business alone, I usually choose Atour, but this particular Atour is definitely a superstar among them. The room size and facilities are comparable to a five-star hotel, with thoughtful details evident everywhere. For instance, the towel rack in the third picture is recessed into the sink area, which is much more complex to manufacture, but it genuinely prevents guests from bumping into it. The breakfast also offers at least double the variety of a regular Atour. I love the style of the lobby; while not opulent, its quality is truly exceptional.

The front desk area is spacious and bright, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive. They gave us a free room upgrade and even arranged a quiet room for us as requested. The room itself was very clean, equipped with modern remote-controlled devices, and the central air conditioning was noiseless. The view was also expansive. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and delicious taste, including local Hainanese fruits and rice noodles.

Good location, about 10 minutes walk from the duty-free city, about 10 minutes drive from the new harbor, the surrounding area is relatively empty and quiet, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The room was upgraded, and the duty-free discount coupons and coffee were given. The room size was OK, the bedding was comfortable, Xiaomiao and Zheng Qun had good service and patiently answered questions; when checking out, the other two ladies also provided water to drink on the road, which was more careful.

The waiter is the characteristic of Hainan's Qiong Opera, and the style is particularly fresh and literary. There are two points that made me write a review. One is that at breakfast, because the family is old and young, the child is relatively young and can't sit still, so we take turns to eat.
