She said it would be quick, but I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes. So, I essentially waited there for half an hour. I eventually lost patience and went back to my room. Later, a front desk staff member delivered it to my room, and when I inquired about speaking with a manager, no one followed up with me until I checked out."

"We took a short family trip during the National Day holiday. My wife, our two daughters (both in middle school), and my mother-in-law made up the five of us in the car. The breakfast was very good; the place wasn't big, but the selection was quite comprehensive. The only downside was the hotel's location; there weren't many amenities nearby. However, compared to older hotels in the county town, newer hotels are always better in terms of facilities and cleanliness. If you're driving, this isn't a problem. It's very close to the windmill, so I recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise. Finally, I want to thank Xiaoyu at the front desk. "Our first time staying in this hotel , We chose it because it was 1 of only 3 that had a swimming pool , a call was made the day before we booked to make sure the pool was open, as with previous experience you cannot rely on trip.com to give accurate Information , on arrival we were then informed that the pool was an external business, that a swimming cap was reguired , which we had not been informed of when asking about the pool, this was another 135cny , which made the overall cost more than the Ramada hotel, thankfully the manager of the hotel accepted this responsibility and provided a solution, thank you , everything else had been great upto this point and the front desk staff the next morning were kind enough to shower our daughter with gifts , thank you again, we will book again next time, more prepared"
