Next door are Qiyuan Garden and the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, immersing you fully in the charm of the old town. ✅ **Ambiance:** Full of literary atmosphere, with thoughtful details everywhere. "The stay was excellent. Xiao Liu at the front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in process was efficient and straightforward. Since we were traveling with a child, they thoughtfully provided a toy car for the baby and even upgraded us to a city view room. The air conditioning wasn't very effective at heating, but after mentioning it when we went out to eat and beforehand, the room was warm immediately upon our return. The service was superb; we truly felt at home. The breakfast was also good, and the value for money was excellent. Overall, a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend it!"

"Our first time staying in this hotel , We chose it because it was 1 of only 3 that had a swimming pool , a call was made the day before we booked to make sure the pool was open, as with previous experience you cannot rely on trip.com to give accurate Information , on arrival we were then informed that the pool was an external business, that a swimming cap was reguired , which we had not been informed of when asking about the pool, this was another 135cny , which made the overall cost more than the Ramada hotel, thankfully the manager of the hotel accepted this responsibility and provided a solution, thank you , everything else had been great upto this point and the front desk staff the next morning were kind enough to shower our daughter with gifts , thank you again, we will book again next time, more prepared"

Attentive Service Details: The butler service is a major highlight. They proactively add you on WeChat the day before check-in to offer travel tips and help book photography sessions. 3. Unique Experience: This is the first Senbo resort where you can enjoy hot springs, featuring the Xihe Hot Spring Center (including indoor/outdoor pools, saunas, etc.). 4. Diverse Accommodation Options: Besides standard rooms in the main building, there are unique room types like water cottages, elf mushroom houses, and lakeside castles. 5. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food was served quickly and deliciously. The night view of Nanbei Lake is beautiful. During the day, we went to Bailuzhou (entrance fee is 10 yuan), and from the pavilion, we could see our hotel across the lake. It was quiet and comfortable, and the experience was excellent."
