The hotel locates at a remote area but both the telephone and map code are not updated for GPS. Had eventually went to another hotel to ask for direction. No English speaking staff at the reception, except a foreign helper in the restaurant. Most amenities were deserted except the hot springs, lights were off and insufficient heat at the hallways, could be due to the recent recovery from covid. Somehow seemed to had an experience of staying in Hotel California.

房間還行 還挺乾淨衞生的 温泉也還不錯 晚餐整體來説還算豐盛哈

酒店離桃源台站有些路程，要走10分鐘才能到，員工態度也非常好，也會說英文，晚餐和早餐也非常精緻，設施應有盡有，這敞旅程非常划算👍

酒店離箱根湯本好遠，我地無揸車，要搭登山車再轉巴士，雖然唔方便，但過程唔錯，俾小朋友體驗下唔同交通工具既感覺，由其是登山列車，行到某啲站又會返轉頭返咁，以為佢行錯，原來要人手去轉路軌。
我地4人家庭來，訂咗2人大房，因為兩個小朋友，酒店都解釋得好好，無要求加錢，只係擔心我地野食唔夠食，因為我地4個都細食，所以問題不大。由於係溫泉酒店，房內沒有沖涼設施，落去溫泉必須自帶毛巾。另一方面，因為訂二人房，所以酒店人員來鋪床只鋪兩人份。可以理解及接受。因為只俾咗二人錢。
酒店附近都無野買，只得酒店內的手信店，所以要食零食要一早買定。
最後，哩間酒店係近白百合巴士站。唔係桃台站，所以來既時候要睇清楚站
