"Very clean and the staff were nice."

"Very disappointing experience – extremely unprofessional breakfast service Unfortunately, our experience at breakfast this morning was extremely disappointing. I came downstairs with my baby for breakfast and noticed that almost all of the glass tables by the windows were still covered with dirty plates and dishes left by previous guests. I politely asked the waitress, whose name I believe was Marien, if she could please clear and clean one of the tables by the window, as I wanted to sit there with my baby. Instead of helping, she dismissively told me, “You can sit over there by the wall,” in a very unpleasant tone. I explained that I preferred to sit by the window, where there were empty tables that simply needed to be cleared. Her attitude became even more unfriendly. When I then asked for a high chair for my baby, she merely pointed at it and said, “You can take one from there.” This was particularly disappointing given that I was alone with a small child. I eventually walked away, frustrated, and headed back toward my room. Only then did she call after me asking if I wanted her to bring me the chair. By that point, the way I had been treated had already left a very bad impression. What made the experience even worse was that after I returned to my table, I noticed the staff looking in my direction and talking among themselves. Whether or not they were discussing me, it certainly made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A hotel’s breakfast service is one of the simplest opportunities to make guests feel welcome, and unfortunately this was the complete opposite. The hotel itself feels rather dated, but what was most disappointing was the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism from the staff. I sincerely hope management takes this kind of feedback seriously. Guests should be treated with the same level of courtesy and respect regardless of their nationality. Professionalism and hospitality should be the standard for everyone."

"Had a great time here. The hotel is close to the station and there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel to take you to the train station. My only issue was that the front desk lady tried to put us in a smaller room compared to what we paid for, I had to insist before she moved us to the superior room we initially paid for. Asides that, every other thing was great."

"✅ very clean and quiet ❌ pillows are too old and too flat (almost hollow) ✅ decent breakfast ❌ hotel restaurant does not serve lunch and food options nearby are very limited ✅ shuttle bus to airport available (book in advance) ❌ no fridge in rooms (odd for hotels)"

"Absolutely great stay, everything was perfect. Breakfast was excellent with great choices. Reception were very helpful despite us booking really last minute."

"It's alright, for business trips."

"Great choice if you have an early morning flight or late arrival at Munich Airport and just need a comfortable, affordable hotel nearby."

"This was a good value hotel for a pre flight stopover. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and room quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good value for the price. Would stay again if flying from Munich."

"Dry helps full clean"
