After dinner, at the entrance of the restaurant, I saw the service guy at the front desk laughing and playing with the waiter girl in the restaurant. I didn't say hello when I saw the guests. It was really out of order. I really want to say that the hotel's new opening soon, the hardware facilities and the environment are good in all aspects, but the management of the waiters is too poor, and there is no sense of service at all. 已經訂過好幾次了，每次來都有驚喜，前台服務熱情，大廳很亮堂，還有熱帶雨林，早餐能看出來用心了，小饅頭好吃還問了廚房阿姨，想買回家吃，阿姨説買不到，是阿姨手工製作的，包含他們做的餛飩，包子之類的都是手工製作的，房間裏的乳膠床墊睡覺太舒服了，很解壓，還有乳膠枕頭，特別喜歡的就是房間裏的直飲水，乾淨衞生，不用擔心熱水壺不乾淨的煩惱了[偷笑]房間的面積很寬敞，窗户也大，馬桶都是智能的，酒店細節做的很到位，服務也熱情，這個價格能住這樣的品質酒店真是超級超級划算了，值得推薦，下次來邯鄲還來住

來邯鄲旅遊特地選的這家酒店，簡直太棒了，免費給我升級了房型，空間面積很大，房間設施十分完善，還配備了直飲機，免去了做水壺的煩惱，最讓我喜歡的是房間竟然有獨立的無線網，讓我能很流暢的刷視頻上網，工作人員的服務態度也特別熱情，給我推薦了好多景點，包括如何出行，總體來説體驗感很好，是個值得推薦的酒店

酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。酒店在高鐵站附近很近也很方便。環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔設施齊全，房間是全屋智能。尤其是床單很枕頭特別舒服，房間還有兩種枕頭可供選擇下次還會選擇這家酒店。

房間整潔乾淨，配置齊全，停車方便。床墊和枕頭都是乳膠的，能得到很好的休息。服務態度很好，配備的物品質量也很好。早餐品種不算很多，而且地處開發區，周邊不是很有“煙火氣”，不過能夠滿足基本需要。總體上值得推薦。
