The staff are amazing! Very interactive and helpful! They even go out of their way to assist you. Just by the hospitality I felt here I would want to stay here next time I visit Hanoi. The rooms are spacious and kept clean and tidy. They have a great buffet breakfast selection. They also have a wonderful manu for meals at the lobby cafe area. Easy to arrange for taxi or grab rides from location.

My stay at this hotel was great. I have no complaints. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities, meeting the requirements of a five-star hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi is very fast. The food supply and presentation at breakfast was excellent. Most of their staff speak and understand English which is very helpful. Special thanks to Robin who happily served us until 2am after we finished work at 11pm. rice. Keep it up, Robin! We will be back soon!

It's really good. The service attitude is super good. They greet us every day when we go up and down the stairs, help us carry our luggage, and help us open the car door. If you encounter something you don't know how to do in Vietnam, just ask the front desk.

Yes, the front desk guy Hieu is very nice. He speaks good English and has a very good attitude. The breakfast is not bad. Ordering at the counter is cheaper.

Overall, it was clean and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was above average.

I stayed for 5 days on a business trip to Vietnam and had a great stay without any inconveniences. It was wider than expected, easy to use, and clean.

The surrounding transportation is convenient and it is convenient to eat. I chose this place for a business trip. It is not bad.

The environment and location are both good. There is a KTV and Yunnan BBQ next to it, which is a surprise.

Rubbish hotel, poor hygiene in all aspects

we three stayed in Gloudhotel a week for neighbour exhibition, delicious breakfast and luxury room gave us good impression always. We never worried of being strangers of this city via their warmhearted help to guide the beCar driver to take us to the wonderful citywalk. especially, it was grateful to the driver send us to airport, we forgot a telephone in the car, he turned back and returned the mobile in the airport. thank you very much, it is a perfect trip.

The breakfast foods offering and presentation was great. Most of their staffs can speak & understand English which is very helpful. I loved the entire stay...the attention...a girl at the Queen reception...young, competent and friendly staff...the rooms were super clean and the restaurant was terrific, the food although many typical things always tried to please our tastes...
