I had a great stay at this apartment. The place was clean, cozy, and just as described in the listing. It had all the basic amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and reliable Wi-Fi. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay in the area.

I really enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk to West Lake, close to the mall, and surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants and cozy cafés. It makes it so easy to explore and relax at the same time. The breakfast was also tasty with a good variety. Overall, it was such a pleasant stay and I’ll definitely come back here again whenever I visit Hanoi.

The room is beautiful, clean, fully equipped, nothing is missing, nothing to complain about, if I have the chance I will come back here again.

Lovely hotel, staff all very nice and helpful. The hotel is situated outside the ‘main’ city area, so visiting the old town etc requires getting a taxi, but it’s not expensive. There is an expensive supermarket next door and how you go to the main road and back, the only downside being if you order a taxi or delivery they may end up going there instead so check your Grab location is set to the lobby. The room was great, very spacious and clean every day. It had all the amenities we needed to heat up food or wash some clothes after a long day walking around in the heat. The fitness centre was good and the pool nice for a relax. Nearby has some nice restaurants and bars, very expat focused so not the local feel, but very good food and coffee is easily found!

I forgot to take pictures of the homestay, but what you saw on the picture is the room you're gonna get. This is a self-check in homestay and the admin is great at English, and they gave a clear instruction on how to check in to your room ~ I think the highlight of this homestay is how many delicious local foods and drinks nearby ! Definitely going back here next time.

It was very good. It was 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. We also got to the tourist center in 15 minutes by taxi and went for a walk. The hotel is located next to the lake in a nice quiet place. The soundproofing is very good, my wife sleeps lightly and we did not hear any noise. The hotel lobby is friendly. The bathroom is clean, the owner takes care of the condition of the room. After the walk we realized that it is impossible to live in the center. And we are very glad that we booked this hotel. There is a restaurant with a view on the roof, delicious breakfast. I definitely recommend it.

What I liked most was how consistent everything was. No surprises, no stress. Just a clean, quiet, reliable space that gave me rest. I’d stay again without hesitation.

While the hotel's location was a bit out of the way from the city center, making accessibility a slight issue, the room itself was spacious, offered a great view, and was very clean. My only regret was not being able to use the sauna, as it was under renovation during my stay.

I arrived, around 1pm, to take advantage of my gift of an early check in. The reception was unattended & the shutter was closed & locked. Two different signs advertised two different phone numbers to call. One of which is disconnected. Not a great start to my stay. About 15 minutes after calling the receptionist arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The receptionist was affable & he explained the use of the key for unlocking the shutter if required. The room had a simple, efficient, modern layout & all necessary appliances. However the TV had no reception. The Aircon was erratic. It kept cooling even after the temperature gauge was increased. The room was superficially clean but on closer inspection showed hair & grime in the shower & kitchen. Still for the price paid it was adequate & the WiFi worked well. I enquired about the Halong Bay cruise tour advertised in the hotel foyer where a tour sales desk was located. I was referred to a website & later received a few texts asking for more information which I could have given when I met the salesman face to face. I was told what I wanted wasn't currently available. Suffice to say I opted to go elsewhere & found what I wanted. The following morning there was a different but still affable receptionist. I needed more toilet tissue & soap. He delivered the toilet tissue but apparently needed to check that there wasn't anymore soap left in the container before replacing it. It was quite comical but strange. The receptionist was jovial and obliging in the end. I only stayed the one night. There was nothing majorly bad about the apartment. Just some annoying things. But I can do without annoying.
