HHoward ZThe hotel’s location is fantastic, and the room is clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely be returning if we ever go back to Hanoi!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in central Hanoi, convenient to get to different places. Kathy at the front desk is very helpful and super knowledgeable about food. We tried many restaurants and street food recommended by her and they are very tasty. She also recommended a cooking class to us which made it easier to kill time on a rainy day. It’s always great to have local recommendations when traveling - this made us feel at home instantly. I highly recommend this hotel and please say hi to Kathy next time you visit :)

GGuest UserRecently I spent 3 nights in Sapa and before returning to Singapore, spent a night in Hanoi at the La Siesta Boutique Hotel. The experience was a great one.
When we checked in, Ms Huyen Anh attended to us. She was conversant in both English and Chinese and took our questions patiently and answered them well. I feel she is a gem to the hotel.
On the next day, my missus misplaced her Hp in the Grab taxi on the way to the hotel but we were able to recover the Hp both through the help of the staff in the Red Bean Restaurant (which was housed on the 11th floor of the hotel) as well as the hotel staff including Ms Huyen Anh.
The food at the Red Bean Restaurant was another thing altogether. Not only was the food great, the service was top notch too. We ended up having our dinner, breakfast and lunch there.
I wish to thank both the staff of the La Siesta Hanoi and the Red Bean Restaurant for their great service and hospitality. Both the hotel and the restaurant have big Hearts.

After experiencing something so terrible at our original hotel, we booked and checked in to Pan Pacific the same night. Thank God they had availability!
As soon as we checked in, the reception staff were so lovely and offered us an upgrade. The room was beautiful and clean, with the view of the lake. Plenty of room for my little 1 year old to run around.
Buffet breakfast ✔️ Plenty of options and different cuisines to choose from.
Don't forget to go to the rooftop bar, especially at night. The view from the top is outstanding! You get greeted by the staff as soon as you exit the lift going up, a nice touch I must say.
The swimming pool was also very clean. The staff there gave my little one a banana after a swim. It's the little things that count.
Highly recommend this hotel. We were overall happy with our stay!

GGuest UserI had a really great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to everything I needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made me feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the breakfast as well. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back again.

JjacquesqtnUnfortunately we did not have the best start to our trip, but things fortunately settled down and got better as the stay progressed. When we arrived we were greeted with bad news that our hotel had a wiring problem and that we were going to be moved to a “5 star” hotel. All they did was move us to another branch of May De Ville - where we had to walk to with our luggage before checking in. Secondly, the first two nights we complained about guests who were making a noise past midnight, including partying in the passages with their doors open. After day one they moved us to a new floor. And guess what, it continued to happen the following night. After complaints to reception failed to help or solve the issues, my wife and I dealt with the problem ourselves and had to deal with the unmannered guests. The reception told us to put in earplugs they had given us and tried to blame the noise on outside parties, (wonderful hospitality right?) although it happened on both levels we stayed in and was clearly people in the vip rooms partying with their doors open. We also continuously asked for our aircon to be changed from heat to cool, which they took all 4 days of our trip to get right before we had one night of cool air to sleep with. Due to TET, everything including room service was closed, and all prices increased without any prior guidance, and most meals in the hotel were never in stock. A great location, but honestly we much preferred being outside of the hotel as much as possible.

GGuest UserThe only real issue with this hotel is the location. It is quite far from the old quarter and there weren't a lot of food options immediately near the hotel. The hotel itself did have a nice restaurant but the prices were a bit high compared to other parts of the city. There was a Korean quarter with lots of Korean food however, but even that was a bit of a hike.

GGuest UserGreat location. However staff has been pushy in asking for good review (which they literally stand beside you for you to complete google reviews). Hotel room is old looking and breakfast selection is limited. Wouldn’t really recommend to stay there.
