yitel Stays in Harbin

Traveling with my little one, this hotel was the last one I booked but the first I checked into. We arrived late at night from the airport, and it turned out to be much better than expected – even better than the other hotels we've stayed at. I loved it! 😍 Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stay here again. The front desk even gave us a fridge magnet, which was a lovely touch. The candied hawthorns from the shop next to the hotel are absolutely delicious; we bought four and couldn't get enough! It's right by Saint Sophia Cathedral and not far from Central Street, which is super convenient.

The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The environment was elegant. It's very close to the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, Songlei, and Lesong Plaza commercial districts. Transportation is convenient, and the location is excellent. It's a great choice for both leisure travel and business trips.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is very close to the main interchange between the first and second lines of the subway, meaning that you can get to major tourist destinations (like Ice and Snow World and ZhongYang street) very easily.  The staff are very helpful. They helped us use the coffee machine in the foyer and recommended good restaurants. They were also good when I was feeling sick. They gave us lollies to give me energy and information for the hospital.    The hotel was very clean, had free laundry machines and had a very inviting lobby. The lobby had an assortment of warm drinks, some sweets, and snacks. It was also nice and warm, especially compared to the frigid temperatures outside. There was also quite a bit of comfortable seating to rest on.  If I ever return to Harbin, I will definitely stay here again.

The family room space is reasonably allocated, the beds are comfortable, the family of three is very comfortable, the location is also very good, not far from the subway station and the airport bus. Overall, it meets the expectations of my original reservation, and the staff is also enthusiastic to help and are very dedicated to us. No floor heating and air conditioning, no problem in winter. It is very quiet at night, so I think Line 2 is a good hotel choice. There are delicious and Wanda nearby, you can also order takeaway

This time, the service of this hotel has won me over. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the security guard enthusiastically helped me carry my luggage. The front desk quickly checked me in and introduced the city attractions. After check-in, the room service responded very promptly, and the delivery of items and problem solving were efficient and thoughtful. During breakfast, the waiter also helped recommend dishes and took special care of the elderly and children. The whole experience was great and it must be rated five stars!

The hotel service is very good👌, clean and hygienic, the window view is bright, it is convenient to eat around, the breakfast is also very rich, and parking is also very convenient. The new facilities and equipment are complete, all of which are intelligent guest control and robots. There is a subway station just outside the hotel, and it is also very close to Hasi Wanda. The front desk service is very good and the room service is also very gentle.
