Hanting Stays in Harbin

Not very satisfied. The hotel claimed room A was at the end of the corridor but gave me a room right next to the elevator. The room was tiny and oddly shaped, and there was no movable table. On top of that, the front desk staff's attitude was subpar; they weren't welcoming at all and even made me feel uncomfortable.

My stay at Hanting Hotel exceeded expectations; it was clean, tidy, and offered excellent value for money. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and shopping areas, making it easy to get around and find food. The front desk service was warm and efficient, handling check-in quickly, and they were responsive to any issues. Although the room wasn't large, it was well-designed, with soft and comfortable bedding and a supportive mattress, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with a separate wet and dry area, no odors or stains, and plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night. There were plenty of charging outlets, and the Wi-Fi was stable. The self-service laundry room was a great perk for business travelers. Overall, it's simple, comfortable, and well-equipped with practical facilities, no unnecessary frills. It was a reassuring and hassle-free stay, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip.

Great location! Turn right out of the hotel and you're just a few steps from a fast-food restaurant. The subway station is less than a minute's walk away, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Heilongjiang Provincial Museum, bus station, Qiulin Company, and Songlei Commercial Building. The hygiene is also good; I asked for a new towel late at night and it was handled within minutes. If I had to pick something, the soundproofing isn't perfect, and the TV was a bit laggy, but these are minor issues that don't detract from the overall experience.

The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast is very delicious. I like to eat the fried noodles. The rooms are very clean. Hanting is my first choice when traveling. There is a self-service washing machine on the second floor. I like it very much. The service attitude of the waiters is also good and considerate. I will stay there next time I come to Erbin. will come.

Fantastic hotel experience! The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a very peaceful sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and all facilities were complete and working perfectly. The staff were very enthusiastic, check-in and check-out were efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions. It offers excellent value for money; I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

The room was clean and the facilities were new, including a sensor toilet. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. The deluxe king room is indeed small, suitable for a maximum of two people; a family of three should opt for the business king room instead. The location is prime, not directly on Central Street but just a 5-minute walk away. It's also convenient for visiting the church, the riverside, and the city museum.

This hotel is truly a shining gem on any journey. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped by its elegant and grand decor and the perfectly balanced lighting. The front desk staff's smiles were as refreshing as a spring breeze, and the check-in process was efficient and thoughtful. They even offered warm towels and fragrant tea, instantly washing away the fatigue of travel. The guest room showcased exquisite craftsmanship: the bedding was cloud-soft, conforming to every inch of my skin; the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night that allowed for deep sleep. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, ample water pressure, instant hot water, and subtly luxurious herbal amenities with a soothing fragrance. Waking up in the morning, soft natural light streamed through the floor-to-ceiling window, offering panoramic city or sea views, like a private painting. The breakfast buffet offered everything from freshly ground coffee to local delicacies. The chef's freshly made omelets were fluffy and golden, perfectly paired with freshly baked croissants – a delightful experience for the taste buds. In the afternoon, I relaxed in the sky garden, surrounded by greenery, with a gentle breeze carrying the scent of flowers. The butler thoughtfully brought refreshing roselle tea and handmade cookies, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. It's very good. I book this hotel when I go out for fun. The price is right. It's just outside the subway. It's very convenient. There are restaurants around and it's very convenient to eat. There's a night market just a few steps away. The service is good and the environment is good. There's free laundry on the fifth floor. You can also check in early. The aunt cleaned it very well and the room was very comfortable. The front desk service was also very helpful. A small robot delivered food, the elevator entered and exited by swiping your card, and there was also a free parking lot.

The hotel is newly opened and the environment is clean. However, the room on the first day was a bit noisy. I reported this problem to the front desk. The front desk said they would change my room for me, but I slept like this all night without much rest. When I arrived at the front desk the next day, I was greeted by a girl named Xinxin. It should be the manager here. She is very enthusiastic and laughs. After hearing my request, she immediately changed my room and moved me to a higher floor. They also gave me fruits and helped me change the room card for a new room. I hope the hotel employees will be trained according to the standards of Manager Xinxin. I will choose to stay here next time. I also work in a hotel. I welcome her to visit my place and share her experiences with my employees.
