"Good hotel. We stayed in the annex building, and the sea was right under our windows, which was lovely for sitting on the balcony. The breakfast was excellent! The hotel has its own pier with sun loungers, but it's quite uninviting and unkempt."

"Got food poisoning from eating dinner at the hotel. When I when back to my room (2418) to throw up I found the water stopped working, so could not flush the toilet. I asked reception to resolve this but they told me I would have to wait till tomorrow morning for the plumber to arrive. They did not offer to move me to another room or offer at least bottles of water to tide me over to the next day. Being sick I had to waste two day in my room sleeping trying to recover. The Wi Fi seemed to be very basic to down load an e-mail but not enough to load up a webpage. There is no sandy or pebble beach only a concrete block to jump into the sea."

"Nice hotel close to the sea, 30 minutes walk from Herceg Novi centre. Very friendly staff and good facilities overall. A few points of note:- The hotel is on a busy road, making the balcony less appealing that it might be. There is a lovely rooftop pool with plenty of sun loungers - but no parasols available; there are two cabanas. The breakfast was fine - but if you want fruit, make sure you are in the 08:00 rush!"

"Pros: location, free parking, nice balcony in the room, friendly staff. Cons: the dishes were greasy and dirty. The bathroom had an unpleasant musty smell, and there was hair on the floor. The front desk was often unstaffed, and it was impossible to reach them through Trip. Overall, I'd rate the experience 6.5/10."

"The apartment is too expensive for what it offers. 100 euros per night. Impossible to arrive with suitcases directly by taxi, but endless stairs and alleys far from the main road, as shown in the photos on their website. Bathroom without bidet, dangerous wooden table because detached on the floor, noisy for noisy neighbors, slippery shower floor, no safe. Looking there is better."
