"Nice hotel, comfortable to stay in since it is close to the airport! Low cost for Miami prices and with an excellent breakfast included. As a negative point, the wifi they provide is very bad."

"Terrible experience, dirty, noisy at night. Burned curtain, phone and safe not working, elevator down and slow if not down. Front desk constantly not present. Reported safe not working and not fixed till check out. Recommend to avoid this hotel."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites MIAMI - HIALEAH by IHG ★★★
"I found a huge cockroach when I walked in. I thought it was dead, but it was alive, flipped over with its legs in the air. I stomped on it and killed it. I was terrified! The sink had a strong limescale smell. I only stayed there because it was cheap, but you really get what you pay for!"
