"We had a totally great experience staying at Hotel Potami and will definitely be staying there again. The hotel itself is absolutely excellent, beautiful, and really reached the standards we were expecting. Grace, the manageress, is absolutely amazing, very helpful, and cheerful. She is doing a brilliant job managing the hotel, and I feel like I've made a new friend in her—she easily deserves a 5 out of 5 stars! Being a brand-new hotel, I completely understand that there are still a few adjustments to be made. The rooftop restaurant/bar wasn't functional yet during our stay, and there just needs to be a bit of improvement regarding the bathroom showers, as the water tends to flow out onto the floor. Additionally, while the rest of the staff was wonderful, the receptionist didn't come across as very friendly and could use a bit more warmth with guests. Minor growing pains aside, it is a wonderful place. I give the hotel itself a solid 4.8 out of 5 stars (or 4/5 overall), and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Himara!"

"This hotel is a great deal. Private beach with nice loungers and umbrellas. Very clean and friendly staff, especially Albie. Pool is small, but who wants the pool when you have crystal clear water at the beach? Quiet area, convenient shops, restaurants and beach bars."

"The Himare 28 is located just behind the promenade on one side and a street with laundry, restaurants and shops the other. It is no more than a couple mins walk from a large supermarket and money exchange. Breakfast is at the beachfront restaurant where you can choose from a menu and order as much as you like from omelette, yoghurt with fruit or nuts, a toasty, traditional fried dough, croissants of various types. Quite often you get given some of the fried dough whether you ordered it or not. The room was good but we had no window as such. There was a balcony door that opened onto a view of the next door wall but we were only in the room to shower and sleep so although disappointing not a major issue. There was also an issue with smelly in the bathroom in the mornings, after cleaning and during the evening it was ok but in the mornings, ugh The hotel staff noted my birthday was while we were there and provided me a little birthday cake . Very nice of them"

"Theodora was an amazing host and made the experience so easy. Beautiful view from the private balconies, especially for sunset. Rooms were clean and AC worked well. Beds are pretty comfortable. They even provide a small bucket to hand wash your clothes. Short walk from the main strip on the south of town and they have plenty of parking if you have a vehicle."
