"We had a lovely weekend at The Greystone Inn over Labor Day. Paulette and the entire staff - from the front desk, to the spa, to the restaurant and bar - were incredibly welcoming, gracious and accommodating. We were there with our two young children and our dog, which can be a recipe for chaos, but everyone was very kind and always ready with a smile. The property is beautiful, the service impeccable and the experience is one we will always remember. We can’t wait to return!"

"Service is sorely lacking in the restaurant and especially the hotel bar. I don’t fault the staff, as they worked hard, but the resort desperately needs more personnel. Food in the bar was mediocre: The restaurant was over-priced but good. It also was apparent the club members received better treatment than guests. Lovely property, but the management needs work."
