Nice location near to hard rock restaurant phuket.  Superior breakfast with lots of choice. Near to shopping. Only demerit can't use all swimming pool. 
Would have choose better room that can use all. 
IHG member need to book direct not trip to accumulate points.

The hotel itself is very good, but the surrounding environment and traffic are unbearable. Fortunately, the service of the staff gave me a feeling of being bathed in spring breeze. Manager ST gave us a warm welcome from the moment we entered the hotel to check in. When checking in, he learned about our complaints about the road conditions and compensated us with two breakfasts. Carl, a Xinjiang guy at the front desk, was also very enthusiastic to solve our travel doubts for tomorrow. In summary, the check-in experience is still a solid full score. If the road and traffic problems are solved, I think I will come again!

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 10-minute drive from the scenic area. The surrounding neighborhood is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Free parking is available at the hotel. The front desk staff were warm, proactive, and provided excellent service. The hotel offers a good range of recreational facilities, including a swimming pool. However, breakfast was just average.
