From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff and the relaxing atmosphere of the ocean breeze. The location is perfect — right next to the beach, where you can hear the soothing sound of waves all day and night. The sea view from my room was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. It felt peaceful and refreshing, the perfect escape from the busy city life. The rooms are beautifully designed, very clean, and comfortable. Every detail shows the hotel’s high standards — from the soft bedding and ocean-themed decor to the thoughtful little touches like fresh flowers and complimentary snacks. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the balcony gave me a perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee while watching the waves. The staff deserve special praise. They were kind, polite, and always smiling. They helped me with everything I needed, from arranging transportation to recommending local restaurants and activities. Their service felt genuine and personal, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel restaurant was another highlight. The food was fresh, especially the seafood, which was cooked to perfection. I loved having breakfast by the beach, enjoying the gentle breeze and the sound of seagulls. The buffet had a wide variety of choices, both local and international, and every dish tasted great. The facilities were also excellent — the pool was clean and had a great view of the sea, and the spa offered relaxing massages that made me feel completely renewed. Everything was well-maintained and clearly managed with care. Overall, this hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and top-quality service. It offers a peaceful environment where you can truly relax and feel connected to nature. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable seaside getaway. I will definitely return again, and next time, I plan to stay even longer to enjoy every moment by the ocean.

The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card. If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied. Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability. The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea. That's all. Our cleaner was incredibly friendly and thorough. The room was spotless and very organized; she even neatly arranged our personal items. The door frames and faucets were polished to a sparkling shine – so clean you could practically see your reflection! Truly outstanding! The hotel's location in Tsim Sha Tsui is fantastic, with a shopping mall right downstairs. It's particularly suitable for families traveling with young children. During the off-peak season, we got an amazing deal, booking the hotel for just over 500 (local currency). Excellent value for money! Highly recommend!

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff, from reception to housekeeping, were super helpful and responsive. They even upgraded us to a suite for free! Location is also convenient - footbridge to Fortress hill MTR station and airport bus route available within walking distance.

Exceeded All Expectations - A Flawless Hotel Experience We just concluded a perfect stay and couldn't be happier. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the lovely fragrance throughout the hotel—a small detail that makes a big difference. Our room was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong, and most importantly, it was impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious every morning. A real highlight was the swimming pool; it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. To top it all off, the staff kindly accommodated us with a late checkout, which made our departure day so much more relaxed. We cannot fault a single thing and will definitely be returning!

The service was very good, and check-in was fast. The location of the hotel is great—close to the bus and tram stations, and the subway is also nearby. There are six elevators, so even though our room was on a high floor, it was very quick and easy to get there. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The pool is very nice; it’s big enough for swimming, and the view from the pool is also quite good.

We had a quad suite. It’s great to have a washing machine and a pantry, quite well equipped. If water bottles were provided, will be much better as no bottled water is supplied. Room settings were nice and comfy. Bathtub was a bit dated though. Yet, clean and neat. Swimming pool was gorgeous, big and spacious. Pool facilities were great. Hotel personnel were all helpful and enthusiastic Will use this hotel again next time
