If I came ti stay in Hong Kong for leisure, ideally with family, this place could be great. It's right at the beach. But then check out is at 11. And they take 500 dollar deposit and are really reluctant to return it if I do not remember to give them back the receipt which I had never wanted in the first place. Food at breakfast is mediocre and the restaurant is unappealing. Even the cups to drink coffee are only plastic. Luckily the breakfast lady is gorgeous and gave me a paper cup. But then it was the cheapest hotel at the time of booking, so I guess no surprises there.

“優點”很突出：
- 空調噪音堪比施工隊，助您徹夜難眠；
- 桑拿房是個裝飾品，早餐難吃且連麪包都沒有；
- 午晚餐另收費，價格很“親民”（才怪）；
- 貼心規定：下午3點才能入住，上午11點準時趕人；
- 窗户焊死，衣服？晾夢裡吧！幸好有洗衣烘乾機——每次20港幣；
- 電視、健身房、土耳其浴俱全（部分“娛樂”另付費）；
- 泳池免費，但開放時間堪比公務員：早9晚6；
總之，這是該區“最省錢”的選擇（畢竟錢都省在服務上了），離海近——唯一的真實優點。
服務態度？哦，員工微笑很熱情（畢竟衹能靠這個彌補了）。

作為經常帶孩子出遊的家長，銀鑛灣渡假酒店完全超出預期！房間寬敞舒適，小童主題房設計充滿巧思，孩子一進門就興奮不已。酒店附設的户外泳池和室內遊戲區讓小朋友徹底放電，工作人員更貼心提供小童餐具和床圍，細節滿分。自助餐選擇豐富，連挑食的孩子都吃得津津有味。步行5分鐘直達沙灘，傍晚全家踏浪挖沙，回來後還能在露台欣賞海景星空。服務親切周到，退房時孩子依依不捨，已經計劃下次再訪！真心推薦給親子家庭！

The front desk assistants were exceptionally kind and helpful. They thoughtfully arranged a room on the first floor, understanding that my parents couldn’t manage heavy luggage up to the second floor. They also answered all our questions with confidence and professionalism.
