The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.

My hotel room was being upgraded because of my birthday yesterday, which I appreciate. However, the room is still not spacious enough, and there was some noise from the corridor during the night. Please ensure that this is improved in the future.

房間正對着金紫荊廣場，視野一流，風景絕美。就是房間裏的塵蟎有點多，讓塵蟎過敏患者不停打噴嚏流鼻涕，這有一點辛苦。還有浴室的手持花灑角度不能調，很不方便，頂撒的位置又有點尷尬，因為這樣就沒法踩在防滑墊上。別的都非常好，服務很好，位置也非常方便，旁邊就是k11，吃喝玩都近在咫尺。

不會在住，服務和酒店不匹配，房間要東西送的很慢，安排的樓層5樓半夜空調外機一直在響，很受干擾，一晚上沒睡好，三點去辦理入住房間也沒有及時打掃出來，效率很低！總體不滿意。

因為下雨沒有看到漂亮的維多利亞港，整個霧氣看不清.感覺有點虧不應該訂海景房的，房間比預期小了很多.服務人員還是很熱情的，送的巧克力特別好吃，給的礦泉水特別多.馬桶坐着不舒服😞希望可以換一種款式
