Lousy person taking care of lobby, uncomfortable bed, very dirty shower and missing tiles on shower’s floor plus towel had a stain; also looks like they double the price and then gives big discount, therefore deceiving the customers. I will not go back to this hotel even if it is free, worst experience during my 28 travel days around Asia.

I stayed for transit One night. 24 check in counter is very helpful because I arrived at hongkong at 2 pm due to Airplane was delayed. The room is very small, but it's good for me, just sleeping. I recommended to stay this hotel for transit.

I booked this hotel for 10 days. It was my first time booking this hotel and also my first time on solo travel. Everything was great, the location is quite close to the highway and the center of Mong Kok, there are lots of 7-Eleven and convenience stores nearby. For the facilities, there was not that much, but for me it was enough for 1 person. The price that I got was cheaper than the others since I got a discount for the first book on this app. I highly recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveller or you're on a budget.

There was hair on the blanket. In terms of the shower, the pipe was stuck and there was no hot water.

I ha6ve stayed here before. But this time I am not satisfied. It is not a 3 star hotel at all. There is a kettle in the room but no glasses. I came to the hotel at 11pm one night, I turned on the light and saw a huge insect running under the bed. I killed the insect but there could have been others. For example, if a woman were in my place, she would have left the hotel at that moment or asked for another room. I saw other small insects such as ants in the room. There is a serious pest control problem. It does not deserve 3 stars at all. In this state, it is no different from the hostels in Chung King mansion, the difference is that it is more expensive. Additionally, Trip.com says luggage storage is free, but luggage storage is charged. 50 HKD

The location of the hotel is not far from the Mong Kwok MTR station. However, the street nearby the hotel is dark.

I only stayed for one night The room smelled a bit weird... It's easy to find, great location, very polite staff, if I visit HK again I will probably come back 👍🏻👍🏻

Generally it's acceptable good price and location but no tea or coffee in room and checking time 3pm a little bite late

LOCATION IS GOOD, Near mongkok mtr. The bathroom is better than other budget hotels in HK.

Location is good. Staff are nice. Need to pay more attention about the cleaning of shower dividers and air condition.

The hotel location is in the heart of kowloon. There was many restaurants, shopping malls, cinemas, recreational parks to keep us busy. Hotel staffs were friendly and professional The rooms were good enough for 2 people. I will book again for my trip next time.

Terrible … fifthy / looks - feel awfull! Defitely is a scam for staying there … Definitely A disaster !!!

There is no restaurants around, all around are Marine stores, you can often hear the metal, loading and unloading noise. the toilet is designed horrible and you can't sit on the WC straight as the basin is right in front of you. There is no door toilet door which was broken, and uses a shower curtain as a door. The ceiling is seriously damped, there are ants on the desk that you cannot place any food on the table. TV reception is terrible, the pictures are instantly on and off. Both of us are not smoker and the room is strongly cigarettes smell, tried to switch to another room but still the same.
