Horrible place, you go up to the 18th floor to check in, but that's the least of it, the room is a hole, there's just a French bed. They say there are windows but it's like not having them. Negative aspects 1) air conditioning is very noisy, 2) the sheets, even if clean, smell of smoke like the pillows. 3) in the building there is everything, even some not very recommendable people 4) dirty walls 5) hair dryer turns off after being on for a few minutes 6) the place has an unpleasant smell 7) the bathroom is tiny, the shower is attached to the water heater, safety aspect ignored 8) there are no sockets to charge phones Places like this shouldn't be on trip.com, in this case the site should refund the customer's money and remove it from the site......I'm sure there are other similar places on the site. As soon as I arrive in Italy I will contact trip.com customer service

Complete facilities and convenient transportation

A family of four traveled independently for 2 days and booked a room for 4 people. Before coming, I called and asked if I could use an adapter plug. Everything was fully equipped here. The room was very clean and easy to find. It has well-developed four links and a business district. It was very convenient. The boss was enthusiastic. Careful, land is at a premium, but I can spend more than 500 to find such a clean, quiet and safe place. I am already very satisfied! Hygiene: clean and well-equipped
