The room was spacious, and cleanliness was acceptable. However, there was a musky, slightly pungent smell every time we entered the room. Not sure what caused it– we arrived a day after the typhoon, so that might have been a factor.
The hotel is located right next to Ocean Park and is just two stops from Central on the MTR. That said, the transfer between the light green line and the blue line involves a fairly long walk.

It was lovely to be upgraded but the room I got in the club tower had a mouldy smell. I told reception and they moved me happily to another room.
Good location if you want to be close to Hong Kong International School.
Close to metro stop.
Decent breakfast.

That was a wonderful experience. I really like the layout of my room, so comfortable. There is also a small sofa aside my bed, so my lovely dog can accompany to sleep. A five star service, real good 👍👍👍👍👍

The breakfast was excellent and very plentiful, though it was quite expensive. The pool was beautiful and conveniently located right next to Ocean Park, just a 5-minute walk away. The main drawback was that my room on the fifth floor was extremely humid, which made it difficult to sleep well at night. Another issue was that I left some dessert out, went for a walk, and when I returned to my room later that evening, ants had gotten into it.

At 2 AM, I was startled awake by someone knocking on my door. Then, two people outside kept rattling the doorknob, fumbling with key cards, and laughing loudly. I was absolutely terrified! I called the front desk, and they simply informed me it was guests from the adjacent room. Seriously? Is that supposed to be an adequate response? There wasn't even a word of apology. This is a clear failure of your management!
Later, I had to contact Ctrip customer service, who were actually helpful and managed to get me in touch with the hotel's manager. When I finally spoke to him, he seemed completely indifferent and merely offered a room change. Fine, it's obvious your hotel doesn't care about its guests' safety or peace of mind. So, I guess from now on, all guests are free to try other people's doorknobs in the middle of the night. Let's see if anyone dares to stay at your hotel again after such 'management'!
Oh, and there were also ants in the room, but I won't even bother dwelling on that because I know any feedback to this hotel would just be met with inaction and indifference anyway.

Choosing the Marriott was such a smart decision! It's incredibly close to Ocean Park, with direct skybridge access, taking less than 5 minutes. The MTR station is also very nearby, making it super convenient to get to the city center. With Ocean Park closing at 7:30 PM, you can head straight back to the hotel for dinner and relaxation without getting tired feet. Plus, from our room, we could even see the Ocean Park cable cars, which made for a fantastic view.

Facilities: The facilities are brand new, and we really appreciated the eco-friendly water dispenser. However, we couldn't get the air conditioning in our room to a cooler setting, which made for two uncomfortably warm nights.
Environment: The large swimming pool was absolutely delightful, and the kids' play area was a huge hit – our children didn't want to leave! It's definitely a fantastic spot for families.
