The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were exceptionally polite. It's a really comfortable hotel. My only minor complaint is that there was no bedside lamp in the room, making it a bit dim at night.

Great location, 10 minute walk from mtr, friendly staff, nothing to complain.

Very clean, the hotel looks very new and toiletries are provided (which some hotels don’t these days!!). The wifi connection is very stable and strong. The shower is very nice, hot water and the water pressure is very sufficient. The room is slightly small but acceptable at this price range. Location is nice, few minutes away from MTR station and is accessible to food and mall They brand themselves as apartment but in my opinion it looks more like a hotel, for instance there isn’t any kitchen. However, monthly rental options are available.

The ladies at the front desk are wonderful. I'm a frequent guest, and every time I check in or check out, it feels like catching up with family or friends.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I was even upgraded to a spacious, well-appointed suite. My only minor gripe was that while the kitchen was available, it only had cups and lacked any pots, pans, or dishes, making it impossible to cook. On the bright side, the hotel offers a laundry room, which was very convenient. The only real inconvenience was that accessing the lobby and elevators from the street level required climbing stairs. This proved quite challenging for a solo female traveler with heavy luggage. Despite that, I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay! The service was absolutely top-notch! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It was a good one given the reasonable price. The hotel is clean overall speaking while the air conditioner has quite a bit of dust and the drain near the toilet seemed to be leaking. The location is amazing, you can go to causeway bay by metro within 15 mins. The hotel offers coffee at the lobby. 

For its price range in Hong Kong, the rooms here are quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The hotel's location is excellent; it's conveniently situated near a metro station and a bus stop, making getting around incredibly easy. Furthermore, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially towards guests who speak Mandarin.

Got upgraded to the service apartment, was really a nice stay. Location was close to the train station and close to a lot of local restaurants. The room was clean and well maintained.
