Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong

We booked two rooms for two nights and were quite satisfied overall with our stay. The location and environment are impeccable. Any concerns about outdated facilities were completely unwarranted; their daily maintenance is incredibly meticulous, easily outperforming many 'new' hotels in China that are already over five years old. The attention to detail in their service was particularly impressive. From the proactive room assignments to the helpful departure service, everything truly highlighted the hotel's commitment to excellent service. The only area for improvement would be the staff at the breakfast buffet; I hope they can treat all guests equally, without differentiating between Asian and Western visitors. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong truly deserves one. The hotel's convenient location is a given. We stayed here for three days, and the attentive service truly left a lasting impression. The front desk staff who handled our check-in were incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon seeing we had a child, they proactively offered a small gift and thoughtfully asked if we needed an extra bed. Every time we stepped out, the housekeeping staff greeted us with a smile, which always started our day on a positive note. The room was also impeccably tidy, with even our charging cables neatly coiled. Our child left an umbrella in the lobby, and a male staff member from lost and found patiently spent over ten minutes helping us look for it, for which I felt quite apologetic. The hotel breakfast was also excellent and plentiful, with high-quality ingredients. As we were leaving, our child said they definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Hong Kong.
