Absolutely loved my stay here! I booked it for the convenient location (you can reach 2 metro lines walking from hotel through the sky bridges, and the star ferry 😉 in no-time!)
From the moment I stepped into the hotel and room, I was genuinely blown away. The space was not only luxurious but thoughtfully designed down to every detail, the bedding was clean and comfortable. I had breakfast included which I can recommend the choices are very diverse with slight changes each day. Staff was very polite and helpful!
The elevator was fast and smoothly and I stayed during a vacation period, (I stayed on the 37th floor - 3 floors away from top level)
This stay didn’t just meet my expectations it completely exceeded them. I can’t wait to return, need to save up but will be worth to stay again!!

Lovely hotel with great views of HK harbour. A/C didn't work properly so had to get a heater in the room because A/C would only cool. Takes around 20 minutes each morning to get the lift for breakfast which was disappointing. We asked to use the stairs but weren't allowed as they were alarmed. Reception staff were excellent. The hotel seems to be booking a lot of mainland Chinese tours which were clogging the lifts and the breakfast room. Had to line up and wait for a table every morning. Not what you expect from this standard of hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel for several nights during a mix of business and leisure travel, and overall, I had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were courteous, attentive, and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated the clear information provided about amenities, meal options, and local attractions.
The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable with fresh linens, and the pillows offered good support. I especially liked the large windows that allowed plenty of natural light during the day. The decor was modern but warm, striking a nice balance between style and comfort. A small seating area with a coffee table was a welcome touch, especially for doing a bit of work in the evenings. The desk space and strong Wi-Fi made it easy to stay productive.

Excellent service .
Staff from Front desk, swimming pool all are kinda friendly and good service . quite humid and Dehumidifier provided in the room and corridor
