Never coming back to this hote, waste money and hold my deposit not return, the employee are not well trained, non professional. The air conditiong in the room is not cleaning for long time, bad ventilation, the curtain window keep create noisy sound in the day time, ask reception then change us another room. Nor worth to stay. Terrible experience.

Overall, I was extremely pleased with my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the MTR station, the rooms are spacious, and I was even automatically upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything felt very clean, and the staff provided excellent service. It offers fantastic value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

For this trip to Hong Kong, I stayed at three hotels: JW Marriott, Hotel Icon, and The Otto Hotel. I intentionally chose different locations to explore more of the city. The Otto Hotel was for my last night. I was a bit unsure where to stay for that final night. After seeing many positive reviews and considering its proximity to the harbor, I decided on The Otto Hotel. After exiting the MTR station, you cross a road, walk a bit, cross a footbridge, and then a short straight walk brings you to the hotel. Honestly, finding the hotel for the first time, especially when traveling alone, made me a bit anxious. However, once I checked in and went back and forth to the MTR station area for food, I quickly got the hang of it. I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM that afternoon, but the room wasn't ready yet, so I went out to grab some food. When I returned closer to 3 PM, the room still wasn't prepared, and I ended up falling asleep in the lobby while waiting. Perhaps because of this delay, the hotel upgraded me to a sea view room. The room layout was quite surprising; it was remarkably similar to a hotel I stayed at in Beijing called Fengye Garden (枫烨园), making me even wonder if it was designed by the same person. I usually don't take photos in hotel rooms, but plenty of photos are available in the review section. In the evening, this view was lovely – lying on the sofa, having a drink, it was very relaxing. Summary: The location was a bit hard to find, and for meals, you have to go to the food court near the MTR station. Taking a stroll in the waterfront park was lovely, the accommodation environment was excellent, and the staff were quite nice. If I were to stay here again, it would definitely be because I loved this room.

Considering it's Hong Kong, the hotel room was incredibly spacious. All the facilities were well-equipped. The location is also pretty good; being near the sea makes it ideal for outdoor activities. The staff were very attentive. My only minor gripe is that the breakfast options were a bit limited.

Although the hotel is only one story high, the lobby is incredibly spacious and grand. During check-in, the handsome gentleman at the front desk upgraded me to a suite. The room was simply enormous, with windows offering stunning views of Victoria Harbour. The interior decor was luxurious, and the ceiling height was impressively high. All in all, it was the most spacious accommodation I've experienced in Hong Kong. Breakfast was à la carte; although the variety wasn't extensive, it was very enjoyable.

I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and it was the largest room I've ever stayed in in Hong Kong – absolutely fantastic! The harbor is just across the street. Just a heads-up, they require a cash deposit at check-in. Olympic MTR Station is only a footbridge away. Getting to Disneyland is incredibly convenient, just four MTR stops. Plus, the surrounding area boasts a great selection of shopping malls and dining options.

The hotel had a great ambiance. The room was also incredibly spacious, much larger than I expected, and fully equipped. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, and thoughtfully upgraded our room type, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel's proximity to the subway station made it incredibly convenient to get around. Overall, I had a fantastic stay.
