The hotel offers beautiful sea views and is conveniently located very close to the University of Hong Kong. During our stay, it was my child's birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a handwritten card and a lovely cake. This was such a thoughtful and personal touch. I stayed in both a Deluxe Room and a Harbour View Room, and both offered excellent views. The rooms were well-equipped with universal plug adapters, a filtered water dispenser, and eco-friendly toiletries. The service was very attentive, and check-in was smooth. The location was easy to find, and getting a taxi was also very convenient. The only downside was a leaky bathtub that wouldn't drain properly. I didn't report it on the same night as it was too late, but it was promptly fixed after I mentioned it in the morning.

For our family trip, the room was a little on the small side. However, we booked a sea-view room, and the views were absolutely stunning. The front desk and lobby staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always assisting us with getting around and arranging taxis. The hotel's location is also fantastic, making it very convenient to visit attractions like Victoria Peak, Golden Bauhinia Square, and Victoria Harbour, all offering wonderful scenery.

I booked this hotel after being attracted by a special promotional package. What truly stood out was a staff member (an older gentleman) who proactively greeted me warmly in the elevator and wished me a pleasant stay – a genuinely heartwarming gesture. The hotel's facilities show their age a bit, but its location is extremely convenient for taking the MTR to Central. The selection at the buffet breakfast felt on par with what you'd expect from a 3.5 to 4-star hotel. The service staff were quite professional, clearly having undergone systematic training. Overall, it's a great value choice in Hong Kong.

The hotel was easy to locate. I got a little turned around initially as I wasn't familiar with the roads, but it wasn't an issue at all. 😄 Upon entering the lobby, the staff were incredibly welcoming. I asked if I could get a room on a higher floor, and they happily accommodated, offering a fantastic view! They even provided a travel adapter in the room, which was a thoughtful touch – no need to bring your own! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. The overall experience was absolutely superb! 🎊🎉

Deeply moved by the service provided by the hotel concierge staff. One of the guys helped me by taking my luggage across the street to bus stop A10 when the bus arrived earlier than scheduled and I was in a hurry not to miss it.Thank you so much, man! And the same guy just gave my wife and I two cups of iced water and some tissue when we entered the hotel lobby sweating bullets.
