It happened to be my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake, which was a wonderful unexpected treat. The room and bathroom are quite spacious, especially by Hong Kong standards. Its location right inside Gateway Arcade on Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, makes it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. Highly recommend!

Having stayed here before in July, I was impressed by how new and spacious the room was, which led me to book this hotel again for August. However, this time, the room I was assigned on the 5th floor, facing Canton Road, was significantly smaller. What was particularly disappointing was the extremely worn-out bedding. The sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bath towels felt older, thinner, and rougher than what you'd find in a basic budget hotel like a 7 Days Inn on the mainland. This made for a very uncomfortable stay.

It was terrible that it has spicy sauces on the bed sheet while we enter.
Then we later notice that there are biscuits creepers leftover in the bedpillows.
Had a terrible day in the hotel.
