Hotel was amazing, great value for money and very convenient location. Room was clean and comfy, daily housekeeping provided. It is the classic old-school personal touch of hotels with great service and friendly staff. Wifi is okay, I didn't really use it as I wasn't able to connect immediately, so I just used my travel wifi. Hotel is very near to Light Rail which connects to MTR, nearby a neighbourhood mall and 7-Eleven so food is easy to find. If you don't mind staying outside of city centre then I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Harbour City Plaza Hotel in Hong Kong, and several aspects stood out that I thought were especially worth highlighting: ✅ What I liked The staff were consistently friendly and supportive—every time I had a question or needed assistance, they responded promptly and with a warm attitude. The room was clean, comfortable and felt well-maintained. It gave a relaxing environment after a busy day of touring. The breakfast provided a good variety of choices and was enjoyable—a solid way to start the day without feeling rushed. The hotel was helpful with general support, whether for directions, transport queries or adjusting to my needs—this made the stay smoother and less stressful.

Next door to new indoor mall with lots of eateries, including McDonald’s . Also within 5 mins is the area’s local community centre with large swimming pools and park area. The Giza Light rail stop is two minutes away by walking from the hotel’s entrance. Top marks for convenience .

only give me a small room and bathroom always make annoying by the water sounds all day. Call the staff but all line busy and no one answer me. Bad.

The place was nice convinient near MTR station . There is a shopping mall and easy to go to restaurant and local market.

The room was cleaned and organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also really enjoy the downstairs mall where it's easy to grab something to eat or drink.

Traffic : MTR at tin shui wai (the brown line)followed by light rail of 5 min around . You can see the hotel in a min away once you got off light rail. Big size room with greenery view :comparatively much bigger size with this price in HK simply because far away from center of city . If you don’t fancy about city life , here is a good choice as there is a big good park nearby ,and you can take MTR to yuen long YOHO new mall to buy all kinds of stuff and lots of good food there . Both Chinese and western cuisine: A cafe and sum cha Chinese restaurant right in the lobby area. Next to the hotel you can easily find a shopping mall with other choices of different food and a convenient store as well. Helpful staff :the staff is so nice and check out really fast , no need to queue.

The room was incredibly spacious and even featured a small living area. The bathroom was also generously sized and came with a bathtub. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable and soft. In line with their eco-friendly approach, disposable toiletries are not provided, so guests should remember to bring their own. The front desk staff were notably polite and welcoming. The hotel's location is fantastic, with a shopping mall conveniently nearby and numerous dining options within easy reach. There's also a swimming pool accessible on the third floor. Additionally, the hotel offers a buffet restaurant. Definitely worth recommending.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shenzhen Bay Port. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, clean, and feature comfortable, tidy bedding. The hotel staff are incredibly service-oriented, warm, and polite. With the Light Rail station directly opposite, transportation is extremely convenient. I highly recommend this hotel; I always choose to stay here whenever I visit Hong Kong.

A very nice hotel with good hygiene. The furnishings are old but kept in good conditions. Pleasant staff and comfortable bedding. I’ll certainly return to this hotel if opportunity comes up again.

great hotel with wonderful view and also convenient, near from the transport station, there is also malls beside the hotel, only cons is that it is not so soundproof, i was awaken by loud bangs/people slamming doors or furniture from rooms around me, not sure was it on purpose but it disturbed my sleep

I pretty much stay at this hotel every time I visit Hong Kong. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from Shenzhen Bay Port, costing around 120 RMB. The hotel is conveniently located right above a shopping mall. The front desk staff (I couldn't quite tell if it was a young man or woman – they had short, rather ambiguous hair but were very charming!) provided excellent and very polite service. I was very pleased with the complimentary upgrade. It's perfect for our family when we just want to pop over to Hong Kong for a casual trip.

The room is tidy and comfortable, though the location is not convenient, the price is cheap enough and there are restaurants around the hotel. It’s not difficult to go to the Tin Shui Wai station

Rain or shine, I keep coming back for the wonderful charm! It's great to be here again. 😛 I noticed the dining options downstairs have expanded significantly, which is super convenient. It's also a great spot for families with kids!
