Horrible to get hold of the "receptionist". Specially if you are in a hurry to get your luggage for a flight! :/

strategic nd perfect location just few steps away from mrt station exit. for the price u pay...i think this is worth the stay .counter lady service friendly

This building had fire few months ago and 3 elevators aren't functional there is just one elevator for now so you need to wait in queue around 15 minutes each time to use elevator..most oldest building in hk with security issues and this building for locals not for travels.. I wouldn't stay there again
