I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient for transport; there's a bus stop right outside, and Jordan MTR station is directly below the building. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the large, spotless floor-to-ceiling windows – they were so clean I almost thought there was no glass, offering a fantastic view. I initially couldn't find the power outlets, but they were cleverly hidden under a flip-up panel on the desk; not difficult to locate once you know where to look.

I had a great stay at Eaton HK. The service was excellent — staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hong Kong!

Room was small but good choice of material and colour to give it an upmarket and modern feel. Just enough space for one large (unopened) luggage and one cabin size luggage (opened and put on rack). Can hang your clothes on the 5-6 hangers provided. Lots of table top space to put your toiletries / skincare, bags, etc. We stayed on the 24th floor and the view was great. Rated average for cleanliness as there was a small cockroach on the tv panel but they immediately arranged for intensive cleaning to be done.

I have stayed here before and there are some things I love and some things I hate about this boutique hotel. I love the location, the friendly staff, the size of the rooms and the free coffee. I hate the thin walls, the uncomfortable couch, and the lack of room amenities including power sockets. This last issue is completely unacceptable for a mid tier hotel. There are a total of 4 sockets with 2 in the kitchen, 1 for the television and one for the kettle (no coffee or tea bags offered). In the past they have leant me an adapter but not this time. See pics for proof and note there is nothing near the bed. Also, the toilet didn't flush properly 🤢

The area is great, eventhough the building is old. The service is very good. The landlady was great, she’s really accommodating thought there was a language barrier, but with AI language assistance, everything will be smooth. Overall. Our stay was pleasant. There’s a lot of stores, restaurants, money exchange in the area. Not to mention the public transport. So near from the bus stop and just a meter away from the MTR Jordan station. It’s very very convenient. 5 stars for madam..I just forgot her name. Very good people.

Very simple Hong Kong style guest house. The room is tiny but it's very clean and the location is great. Polly (the woman managing the hotel) was very friendly and even lent me an umbrella when it was raining. If you need a clean bed and a roof over your head for a decent price, it's a good place to stay.

Good location and clean room, the owner is nice and can talk in english so it was convenient , even if the room is small , the place is very clean and comfortable enough for short stay on one night, a noisy sound in the corridor rung all the night and I did not get a good sleep but it was fixed the day after

I had to book a room last minute at 11:30 at night bc the room i booked at another hotel was filthy and uninhabitable. I found Happy Motel on trip.com and upon arriving i was so thrilled to see how clean and homey it was. I stayed in the family room which was spacious. The room was neat and all the amenities were provided-AC, Wi-Fi, toliet paper, mini kitchen. There is an elevator. Kevin, the owner, was also helpful and kind. I will return to this hotel next time I come to HK. So grateful to have found this place. Close to Jordan station (right across the street). Prime location, too. Shops and restaurant abound downstairs. Highly recommend if you want to travel comfortably and if you want to feel like a local.

Weekend hotel prices in Hong Kong can be quite steep, but this place truly stands out as an excellent option within its price range. It's conveniently located right next to Jordan MTR station. The rooms are fairly clean, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. If you're wondering where to stay in Hong Kong on a weekend or public holiday and have a limited budget, this hotel is definitely worth considering. The two photos below were both taken from my room, which offered a fantastic view.

SSupansaI'm a solo female traveler. The room is super small, but fantastic for the price and location. The entrance is right next to the metro stairs, so no wandering around searching and getting tired. You just have to take the lift on the right hand. The staff (female) were incredibly helpful — messaging me clear directions, providing all the information from booking onward, and being so accommodating. The room amenities were fully equipped. The only downside was the entrance, which felt a bit scary imp. And the floor/layout is just like the photo.

YYaoyaobuwanyaoFacilities: Disposable toiletries are provided, along with complimentary canned mineral water. The two universal power adapters in the room were also a very thoughtful touch. My only minor issue was that the shower and toilet in the bathroom were placed a bit too close together, leading me to accidentally bump my foot. Environment: Our floor featured a communal area with self-service tea and other refreshments. The hotel is conveniently located right by the main road, making it easy to find, yet it was surprisingly quiet. There's also a convenience store right next door, and getting a taxi was never an issue. Service: I had requested twin beds online and was slightly worried they wouldn't be available due to my late check-in. However, they had indeed reserved them for me. The front desk staff was very friendly and enthusiastically explained all the hotel's amenities.

GGuest UserIt's a treasure shop! I found a treasure at this price! The location is good, it's convenient to go anywhere, it's very close to the subway station, and there are convenience stores and shopping malls downstairs.       You can store your luggage in the store. Although it's small, it has everything. The room is really not small at this price! Everything is easy to use! The boss and the boss's wife are very enthusiastic and careful. They told me very patiently how to use the room buttons and keys. They will also enthusiastically introduce the breakfast shop to us. The hotel is in good order as a whole. They must be a family who loves life.       There is hot water and boiled water in the corridor. The boss said that the cups are disinfected every day. I drank the hot water and there was no peculiar smell. The cups and kettles were clean.       The room is relatively clean as a whole, without peculiar smell or cockroaches. The toilet is also clean and looks relatively new. Toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo are provided, which are all easy to use.       There is enough space under the bed, and the space at the door can also unfold a large suitcase.       The air conditioning is easy to use. The refrigerator in the room is also very useful. When I checked in, the refrigerator was super cool. The air conditioner and refrigerator are better than some mainland hotels with king-size rooms of the same price.       The hair dryer is easy to use and has enough power! The shower in the room has hot water, but it needs to be boiled for a few minutes in advance. But the heat is definitely enough!       I didn’t take pictures because I was worried that the photos would not be as good as what I saw with my eyes! I wish the boss a prosperous business! Make a fortune!
