This being my third stay, I emailed the correct hotel email address to request a certain room and enquire abt room rates for extended stay. I never got a reply.
The front desk, housekeeping & maintenance staff are always helpful.
Rooms are small, especially the toilet/shower situation but good enough for one person.
Could smell cigarette smoke in hallway. Obviously a guest. Don’t know if this was addressed. But it was a few consecutive days in a row.
Only one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. But dryer really dries the clothes well.
The electricals can be an issue. USB ports don’t always work and the charging can be very slow. This is one issue that staff can’t seem to solve during my stay.

ICLUB was such a wonderful surprise for budget accommodation in HK. Location is super convenient and the hotel itself boasts excellent service comfortable and functional rooms and a 2nd floor smoke free complementary coffee and snack bar that's a wonderful place to start and finish your day. Everything was beyond expectation. Will book again next time I visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The location was not connected to any subway or bus station but not too far to reach out, there was restaurants nearby which on weekdays normally close quite early (last order at 8pm.) but on weekends they’re close quite late .. suggest to prepare your time.
The hotel was very great there was a quick coffee and quick bread and stuff provide in second floor which is more than enough for quick breakfast before leaving also 24hrs. drinking water & washing machine in the second floor too. Staff can communicate in English well the hotel has luggage storage and staff provided.

**Felt Very Much at Home**
I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and felt right at home, both in the room and in the neighborhood.
There were a couple of minor inconveniences. My room wasn't ready at the standard check-in time, resulting in an hour's wait. I also found that communication was sometimes harder as almost all of the staff were wearing masks.
However, the positives far outweighed these issues. The room itself was excellent—bright and spacious with windows on both sides. A major plus for me was the **large desk**, which was very convenient. The room was well-equipped and also included a microwave.
The free coffee service was fantastic. The coffee was very tasty and it was served in a pleasant lounge with a nice view of the road, along with TV, newspapers, and some bread.
The fitness room was a standout feature, open 24 hours and well-equipped with free weights, mats, and cardio machines.
Ultimately, the combination of a comfortable, functional room and a great neighborhood full of restaurants made for a very enjoyable stay that truly felt like a home away from home.
Pros
* Spacious, bright room with windows on two sides
* Large and convenient desk
* Excellent 24-hour fitness room
* Delicious free coffee and snacks in a comfortable lounge
* In-room microwave
* Fantastic location with many dining options
Cons:
* Room was not ready at check-in time
* Prevalent mask-wearing by staff made communication difficult
In a nutshell: Despite a couple of small hiccups, the excellent amenities, comfortable room, and wonderful location made me feel completely at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
The complimentary light breakfast and all-day coffee/tea at the iLounge were fantastic perks. Even though we booked a room-only rate, the hotel kindly offered a light breakfast, which was incredibly helpful for budget travelers like us. The front desk staff were not only very polite but also quite charming. The room wasn't as small as we'd anticipated, and its location is superb, just a two-minute walk to the 'Ding Ding' tram stop. The view from the window was beautiful, offering a lovely glimpse of Hong Kong's architecture.
The hotel was very easy to find, which was great. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. We even had complimentary breakfast in the morning, which was a nice extra touch. The MTR station was not far from the location, so it was easy to get around the city. There was also a supermarket just around the corner where you could easily get drinks and food. Not far from the hotel there’s a great spot for dumplings too, which made the area even better.
It really makes me want to come back soon
