Great
GGuest UserVery clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon
GGuest UserThis motel looks good. It was clean and reasonably modern. Unfortunately our room was at the front and had some road noise and the wind was whistling and buffeting on the glass. Otherwise it's an okay motel with small rooms
PPARAS RABRAWarm welcome by receptionist. Awesome service. Quality and service at par excellence. Very much near to train stations.
The Best Western was perfectly fine for my one-night business trip to Melbourne—clean enough and very well-located. My only real complaint is that basic amenities were missing; there was no toothpaste or bottled water in the room. It didn't ruin my stay, but adding these simple comforts would go a long way for short-stay guests.

Very Good
RRyuaAsamiTransiting back home from New Zealand, I stayed for one night, and the price, combined with points redemption, was quite good. The key highlight is the 24-hour airport shuttle service, which is fantastic in Australia where labor is so expensive. I really hope the hotel keeps this up! 😊
No reservation needed for the shuttle. After landing and collecting your luggage, just exit the airport, cross the first pedestrian crossing, and wait at the spot shown in Picture 1. The vehicle is very distinctive because it's branded with the hotel's logo. The wait was about 15-20 minutes.
The hotel has its own restaurant, which I hear is quite good, but I was really craving Chinese food. You can order delivery via Uber Eats; delivery speeds here can be quite slow, so it's a good idea to order as soon as you land. I recommend using the hotel's front desk as your delivery point. There's also an IGA supermarket about an 8-minute walk away, so if it's not too late, you can do some last-minute shopping there.
JJacekhooCheck-in was quite smooth as they could retrieve my booking very quickly. I was able to check in at 2 pm on time, which was good. The room was very basic but it's true to the photos advertised. The room is clean and well kept and comes with a microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Bedding was average, but overall, this motel is very well located with a 24-hour Mac just beside and Coles within walking distance. I booked a family room for 4, so I would expect 4 sets of plates, bowls, metal spoon, and forks. There were only 2 bowls, 2 small plates, 2 large plates, and one metal dining knife, so it would be better for the hotel to provide these based on the number of guests expected for the room. Otherwise, it's really a good place to stay for its location and cleanliness.
SsjudkshdiNice staff let us check in late, there are heating mats on the mattresses, and the room is very clean and spacious. There is a heater but the warm air didn't reach the far side of the room. Close to moonlit sanctuary for those who want to stay nearby.
EEmel CoppenLovely vibes, cool chill areas, community bar and community events plus the staff especially the lovely guy who booked me in was Amazing. However it's a very crappy old building with Nil working properly showers and broken toilets. I had 1 night in a nice female room which I barely even saw as I was out and Tried to rest at a 2nd booking being shoved into a mixed smelly weird noisy dorm on a top bunk with ****** knocking on the door at all hrs, one guy snoring and another twat on the phone I told off. Was stressful and I hadn't a Warm shower in a working functioning bathroom in 2 days. Not returning. If you like noisy rude tourists and old buildings with no lift carrying your bags everywhere and no showers, great!
GGuest UserI think the facilities are worth the price.
There were two outlets next to the bed, but one of them couldn't fit because of the width of the bed rail and the size of the plug.
I paid $6 for towels when I checked in, and got $5 back when I checked out.
