GGuest UserVery clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

GGuest UserOur stay was fine. Staff polite. Food on site was ok. Wanted to store our luggage before able to check in but the area available had a shutter door which didn’t lock.
Some rooms over look boarding kennels. Nothing in the area apart from URBNSURF great place to have food and watch the surfing. Three little Ducks food excellent definitely recommend here .

JJacekhooCheck-in was quite smooth as they could retrieve my booking very quickly. I was able to check in at 2 pm on time, which was good. The room was very basic but it's true to the photos advertised. The room is clean and well kept and comes with a microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Bedding was average, but overall, this motel is very well located with a 24-hour Mac just beside and Coles within walking distance. I booked a family room for 4, so I would expect 4 sets of plates, bowls, metal spoon, and forks. There were only 2 bowls, 2 small plates, 2 large plates, and one metal dining knife, so it would be better for the hotel to provide these based on the number of guests expected for the room. Otherwise, it's really a good place to stay for its location and cleanliness.

The reception proprietress (maybe?) is very friendly and likes to chat The overall size of the room is small but enough for one person
Health environment also has extra points

Full floor-to-ceiling windows with balcony
Good ventilation in the room
The bathroom space is much larger than the average hotel
The fly in the ointment is that it is close to the road, so the sound insulation is not very good throughout the day.
At night, tired travelers may go wrong and knock on the door (random refresh?)
Overall a very good stay experience

EEdwin KellyWebsite is misleading. Mentioned about there being a sauna in bedrooms and buffet breakfast which could be booked and paid online. When we arrived I enquired about the breakfast and was informed they don’t serve breakfast and there was no sign of any sauna. Also, in one of the rooms I booked there was a water leak in the toilet.

GGuest UserThe staff were brilliant. Everything I asked they accommodated me even allowing late check out for free allowing me to enjoy their pool spa & sauna facilities. Misplaced my room card late at night & was replaced without charge or question asked with smile . Highly recommend

Mmichael from maltaFirstly staff were very friendly and helpful, could not be faulted. Complained that internet was down, moved rooms but problem did not improve. Needed to sit in reception or in yard to check mails etc. Pool was closed but on last day attempts were being made to clean it so possibly will be opened in near future. It is a motel, so for those in a car probably very convenient, but if no car location not ideal as there is a fair walk to shops, Tram etc. All in all a good 11 day stay.

AAnonymous UserFirst time living in a hostel and already have some expectations of what is it going to be like
Since feedback is that the shower heater does not work well where it gets cold and switches to hot suddenly causing my body to get burnt
I was told that I can arrive early and store my luggage first but I didn’t expect that what they mean by storing is leaving my bag on the open vide floor in the corner of the pub (definitely know that it won’t be kept safe since the employees themselves are busy running the pub)
The room is very smelly
Like smellier than what I expected
