"The 24-hour front desk service was great, and the place was clean. A few of the showers were out of order, which made showering a bit stressful. The location is excellent, and the beds have curtains for privacy. They also provide locks for the lockers, and it's fantastic value for money."

Great
GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, about 200 meters from the Sol metro station exit, surrounded by all sorts of shops and restaurants. Popular attractions are also just a few hundred meters away.
The hotel has 6 floors with its own elevator. The second floor features a large kitchen and common area where you can cook your own meals. Paid breakfast is available for 11 Euros.
The laundry room is on the 5th floor and costs 9 Euros per use.
The room size was decent, neither too big nor too small. It had a small balcony door offering street views, and once closed, the soundproofing was quite good. However, there were no curtains, which was very inconvenient. The room had two toilets (one for women, one for men), two sinks, and two shower rooms (the shower doors were glass and didn't lock, nor did they have hooks). Housekeeping was daily, and the cleanliness was excellent. Hairdryers had to be borrowed from the front desk.
Every staff member at this hostel was incredibly warm and friendly, which significantly enhanced the stay.

DDimitrije TomicI had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. The hostel is beautifully decorated and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Everything is very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hygiene standards are clearly very high.
The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made the whole experience even better with their kindness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

CCHOW LONG HANGThe location is convenient.
The staff are friendly
I like the public area on the ground floor, if there could be more charging place would be nice.
However, only 2 bathroom for 12 people is not enough. One of the bathroom only have cold water and the sink is outside the toilet.
I think it is a fair option for such a price in the city, still there is an improvement.
If you are a solo traveller that need a short stay, it is an acceptable choice.

YYigeananfangqibudongshidemengThis is a great value, small guesthouse in Madrid. The rooms are small but clean and bright. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Retiro Park, Mercado de San Miguel, Sol metro station, and Plaza Mayor. The hotel is right on the street, making it super convenient to return after shopping. It's simple and clean, with a small inner courtyard garden. There's a small common lounge where you can use the internet, boil water, and a shared fridge for groceries. Several supermarkets are nearby. However, I wouldn't recommend being out too late.

VVanessaDThe hostel’s ac kept turning off in the evening, which made it very warm at night as it is the summer. However the staff was available to help at any time of night and they turned it back on. The hostel is located very centric and it makes it easy to go out and explore the city. It’s close to a museum and the subway if you plan to explore further away.

TTatjana46Lovely stay, great staff. Huge underbed storage for personal belongings, and they give you a keycard to access it for free. Towels are only €2 to hire for your stay. Coffee from the coffee machine is €1.50, and a glass of sangria was about €3.
They had no problem with me working in the common area all day during the week, which was very accommodating.
Didn’t really use the kitchen but there was a big communal fridge and a toaster.
Only improvement could be to supply basic body wash in the showers but again not really necessary.
Stayed here for a week at only £16/night. Also right next to Príncipe Pio, which is handy to get to the airport from.
Area felt very safe.
GGuest UserThe service is very good and friendly. The facilities are also complete. The location is very central. You can find everything you need downstairs. It is very close to the bar district. It is easy to go back home after a late night out. The mixed dormitory bathroom is not divided by gender, so it is a bit dirty. The boys will urinate everywhere... Everything else is OK

GGuest UserI felt something biting me when I slept on the bed, which was very uncomfortable. The toilet and bathroom were good. The location is convenient, there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it is close to Dayangmen Square. The staff are very service-oriented.
