Lost of money and time Worst experience in hurghada ever 1. reception are impolite, liers and very aggressive… always pushing and impolite short answers for example, I called them to ask for a golf car to go to aqua which is normal in the hotel, he told me that all aqua parks are closed now while all of them still working for 1 hour after that 2. Umbrellas on the sea are very small and very poor, so it’s not doing any protection from the sun 3. Stress stress stress always pushing not talking 4. Food is less than ok, it’s not tasty and material is very poor, for example, they use the pre-packed burger not fresh meat 5. No fresh juice in the breakfast only unknown brand packs 6. No water bottles allowed only small cups of water 7. I went to another hotel in hurghada after that and the gap was really huge

It wasn't as i was expecting

The hotel staff was really helful and the property is really big so you will never get bored and beach front so you will never run out of chairs to sit. The food is amazing too with lot of varieties from sea food to chicken and veg options. I will go back there again!

Worth a try

Experience: 1. We booked an ocean view room, but the hotel gave us a pool view. The manager was very abrupt and demanded we cancel our reservation due to dissatisfaction. (The hotel is very remote and we were exhausted after a long day of traveling, so we had no choice but to stay.) 2. We encountered three people during the check-in process, both of whom were extremely arrogant and impatient. 3. At 7 a.m. on the second day of our stay, the cleaning staff entered our room without permission. 4. Ctrip customer service and the front desk staff ignored our calls and pretended not to hear. Impressions: I don't want to incite nationalist sentiment. I met many friendly locals throughout my trip to Egypt. However, as a Chinese person, this was the first time I felt discriminated against in a hotel abroad (in stark contrast to their enthusiastic and attentive approach to Europeans and Americans).

The most satisfying hotel in the city! The kids had a lot of fun and the adults had a rest. And it only costs over a thousand a night with three meals included. I can't imagine how they make money😂😂😂

Check in was slower, the staff asked what Travel Agent we used to book hotels, I said Trip.com he did not know if he did not understand, and challenged us actually booked. The room is neat, clean and comfortable overall, only the facilities are a little old, the lighting itself is not very enough, my ground room still has 1 broken light. There are 2 restaurants (Open buffet) that can be freely entered and exited during meal hours, and other restaurants that have to be booked will basically be full early. Open buffet food variety and delicious. The restaurant environment is very comfortable. The best part was the Kids Mini Disco at night, clown show (and replica dolls), the atmosphere was super! There’s also marshmallow pie! It's very, very joyful to take the kids. Another great spot is the water park, the hotel has several water slides, no need to queue. The sea view is very beautiful when we walk out of the sea. However, we played back to the room found the room card can not open the door, so right my room against the lost exchange room, inside D brother see our seems very confused are very proactive after the information came to help us open the door. Summary: Most of the staff were very nice, the room was OK, playing in the water and the kids party experience was very good.
