"This is a campsite, and many people seem to live here for a long time. It doesn't look like a wealthy place. You need to drive to the beach. There are not many services and the facilities are not very good. The air conditioner in the living room is very old and the cooling capacity is not very good. The light in the toilet is also broken. In short, it is not recommended to stay here for family travel. Callcola Beach is beautiful. There is no supermarket nearby. It looks very close to Jervis Bay, but it is separated by the national park and you need to take a detour to get there. It takes more than ten minutes to drive to the supermarket and refuel, and the gas station closes at 7 o'clock."

"We stayed at the Blenheim cottage to celebrate my birthday. Very relaxing location, amenities in the cottage were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the jet spa and couples massage. Wi-Fi is excellent. Short 10 - 15 min drives to Huskisson and Vincentia where restaurants and groceries are located. Customer service is responsive, checking in and out is super easy. Highly recommended accommodation for quiet retreat"

"This hotel operator has purposely engaged in unfair trading practices and unconscionable conduct. They processed our payment until the last date for cancellation and cancelled our booking even though we made multiple attempts to resolve with them directly once we were told of the issue. ( left multiple phone calls and no call response) They had issues with processing the payment but didn’t make an effort to resolve it when we approached them via *********** to ensure that they have the correct credit card details. Errors can happen on their side too but not offering to assist with solutions demonstrate poor customer service. Our credit card details remained the same and we asked them to reprocess the payment immediately but they refused to do so and even refused to offer any solutions. Why? Because they want more money for that same booking that was booked 3 weeks in advance. If the room was sold we understood but no they choose to advertise it as a higher price and told us our booking was cancelled because our credit card was invalid. Before that they told us on the day of cancellation that prices was incorrect . I cannot believe such greedy operator that refused to rectify this matter with their client but only to screw them over as its peak period and prices have already gone up in many places with limited booking. They told *********** they will not reinstate our booking even though the room was still available. Wow if prices were the same they will be jumping to process the payment. Imagine how understanding these company to travellers out there.. do you really want to stay there in the future knowing you be screwed last minute? . How evil can this people be? Does anyone deserve such treatment? I DO NOT recommend anyone to book with this company knowing how they treat their customer like CRAP to a point that they even refused to discuss over the phone. Note: Pls don’t bother commenting on my review now when you didn’t made an effort to rectify the issue in any way."
