Spring Breeze Inn, located in the ancient town of Nanxun, is a gem where every step reveals a new beauty. It's clear the owner has put a lot of effort into maintaining it beautifully. From the moment you step in, all your senses are delighted – the pleasant scent, the captivating views, the excellent service… I've stayed in many guesthouses over the past few years, but this is the only one I'd give a perfect 5 stars! Full marks across the board. I had planned to extend my stay, but it's incredibly popular; the landlady mentioned it was fully booked for two consecutive days. So, I had to cut my trip short. The location is superb, right in the heart of Baijianlou, very close to Yiyuan Garden. It's quiet at night, yet bustling with life along both banks of Baijianlou just outside. The owner has set up a row of tables by the river for tea, and I must specifically mention the three types of tea and afternoon tea they prepare – absolutely delicious! It's a wonderful way to promote traditional culture, a solid wave of cultural output. The facilities are exceptionally new and well-equipped, truly a high-star guesthouse. All the amenities are brand-name; the owner is very generous, using even better quality items than some 4- and 5-star hotels. And the scenery is truly, truly beautiful. Next time, I'll book in advance for a longer stay and just relax at the guesthouse without going anywhere else. Finally, I have to commend the staff's overall high quality. Their hospitality was incredibly comfortable and thoughtful. When we left by boat, the owner personally saw us off and even helped with our luggage onto the boat, whereas I noticed others were left to board on their own. Details truly make all the difference, no wonder the owner's business is thriving! Wishing them continued prosperity!

First off, the hotel's location at the north gate of the ancient town is great because if you're driving, you can pull right up to the hotel and parking is convenient. Second, this part of the north gate is very quiet with few people around, so sleeping at night was peaceful. The hotel has a creative car theme and even a pool table, which was nice for a couple of games after exploring the ancient town. The breakfast was the Five Happiness Restaurant's 'baoyu' noodles, which were delicious. The hotel also offered a complimentary 'three-course tea' service, and sitting by the river outside the hotel was very pleasant. The owner was also very welcoming and attentive. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Nanxun.

Facilities: While it's a guesthouse converted from a residential building, having an elevator was a definite plus. However, the frosted glass in the bathroom didn't offer much privacy. While it's fine for daytime use, at night, with the interior brightly lit and the exterior dark, it posed a privacy concern. Hygiene: The cleaning staff kept the room and elevator quite clean. However, the duvet insert was so discolored and clearly hadn't been replaced – it must have been breeding dust mites. Around 10 PM, right after showering and getting ready for bed, I started feeling itchy all over. I called the front desk three times with no answer, which was incredibly frustrating. On my fourth attempt, someone finally picked up. After explaining the situation, I simply requested a new duvet cover. The front desk then informed me that the cleaning staff had already left for the day and had the key to the linen room, making it impossible to provide one, and merely offered an apology. I was utterly speechless and just hung up. About 10 minutes later, I received a call informing me that the cleaning staff had arrived. Shortly after, there was a knock at my door. When I opened it, the staff member was standing there with a new duvet cover. I was still quite annoyed. I truly didn't want to bother the staff so late at night, but a problem with the room needed to be addressed. Honestly, in the hospitality industry, certain items genuinely need to be replaced after extended use. Skimping on such essentials makes absolutely no sense. Overall, the stay wasn't particularly good, but it wasn't terrible either.

The environment of this B&B is beautiful. The front door is very grand. The host's service is excellent. He will try his best to meet any needs. The room is very clean and it is very comfortable as soon as you open the door. I like this very much. The supporting facilities are also very good. The quality, the Dyson hair dryer, and the kettle look quite high-end, I don’t know the brand haha. Parking is also very convenient. I got off the car and walked about 10 meters to the B&B. Finally, I have to say the boss’s coffee and three-course meals. The Daocha is also delicious. I will stay here again next time I come to Nanxun!
